I want to meet that reviewer who gave Nacho Mama's a 1 star. They are either a competitor (an unfair one). No reasonable person would say the food was soggy or staff unfriendly. We have been there many times and it is always perfect. I wish that reviewer would leave his or her name so I could ask for substantiation of their terrible review. It is the best and we'll be back whenever possible!
Chryss' salad was just terrific. They work so hard and it shows. I loved my vegetarian chile, which was the best I've had in 30 years. This is the best Mexican restaurant in Vermont and leaves all of the Burlington area Mexican restaurants in the dust (though they are good). This is the best!
Food is wonderful. I’m addicted to the Korean Beef Tacos, The combination of purple cabbage julienned apple pickled carrots cheese house special creama and the marinated sweet n spicy steak,,,, simply the best. But plz know that the Korean beef shows up nowhere on the menu that I can see although it’s def a customer fav. Am I missing where they are listed? I highly recommend a visit to this low key special place to eat. To go is less than 15 min usually. So so worth...read full review

Nacho Mama is a cozy restaurant serving incredible flavor combinations. The beef and lime chicken tacos were amazing, a delicious fusion of flavor and texture. Customers praise the cheery staff and delicious Mexican fare. This restaurant has become a regular stop for road trips to New Hampshire and Maine.
