The property is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting for every part of our celebration, from the welcome gathering to the ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch. Our guests were blown away by the grounds, accommodations, food, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere. Having everyone together in one place made the weekend feel incredibly special and intimate.
Lauren was an enormous part of making the weekend so successful. She was thoughtful, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything came together exactly as it should. Her guidance and calm presence made us feel supported throughout the entire process, and we are so grateful for all the care she put into our wedding.
The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming, and the food was consistently excellent. Every detail felt intentional, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy the weekend knowing we were in such capable hands.

We recently stayed at the Villa for a family ski trip and had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful, very clean and was perfect for our group of 9. We loved the fireplace- used it every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group, and when we were too tired for that the burger place in the main hotel lobby was a hit (we did not get a chance to try the other restuarant but the menu looked fantastic). The hot tub was also popular after long days skiing at Mount Snow (just down the road). Michael was also extremely responsive when any questions came up. We will definitely look to come back to Farm Road Estate! Thanks for the great stay!

My husband and I just spent three nights at the Inn and we can’t wait to come back. The place itself is your typical rustic, charming Vermont Inn & we loved it. From playing Jenga by the fireplace in the main room with a drink to dining at their restaurants for breakfast and dinner we couldn’t be happier. We actually never left for a meal (other than lunch on the mountain) and that’s very out of character for us. We were just so comfortable there and really didn’t want to venture out when we loved the amenities we already had. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Already trying to figure out when we can make the next trip up!
For those that are skiing - the location can’t be beat if you are heading to Mt Snow. About a 5 minute drive. So convenient!

Great dinner both nights. 1st night in main restaurant and 2nd night in the pub/speak easy.
Terrific stay from start to finish! Plan on bringing larger group and reserve 2 or 3 of the houses on property.

His attention to detail on each plate doesn’t go unnoticed. Theresea our waitress was also very attentive and pleasant. I ate here 4 times now and each time was as good as the last. The decor and the vibe here is exactly what you want when visiting Vermont. The hotel is so pleasant, clean, and welcoming. The kids loved the ice skating rink. Than you to the entire staff here. We will be back.
A Thanksgiving treat. I can't recommend Farm Road Estate enough. Lovely room, great service & setting and fabulous food. We dined at the Sawmill Bar & Table for Thanksgiving and both the food and wine was exceptional.

This is a family owned resort that used to be a sawmill facility that was modified into a multifaceted resort area for weddings, special occasions, and great vacation. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings with tall trees, lakes, and peace and tranquility. Stayed in Cedar House number three, which had an excellent view over the ponds, lakes and walking distance to the main house where most of the events occur. The rooms are fantastic, extremely relaxing with the latest amenities that you wouldn’t expect. The staff and the Services were first class. The food served was gourmet with a lot of great recipes. Personally attended a wedding there for my niece and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff goes out of their way to cater to your needs. Mike and his family did a great job on remodeling the sawmill. It is a first class operation. I would recommend this venue without hesitation and plan on returning. Great Job. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary and it was a perfect romantic getaway. Although it’s off the main road, it’s very quiet and tucked away. The town itself is a very quaint, beautiful and secluded location which added to the charm of our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious with a large, VERY comfortable bed, and a separate living room with a wood burning fire place. The convenience of having an onsite restaurant was a plus, we ate there for dinner one night and it was delicious. Great location to explore local shops and activities. I would highly recommend staying here for a quiet, low key romantic getaway.
