I have no idea how this location has such a high review. They just need to shut this location down. They are closed at random times and forget to disable the mobile order so when you show up you're greeted with a closed sign and all the lights are off. Their manager is absolutely terrible. They think you are stupid and can't hear them talking when out of sight. Staff will blatantly lie to you when you ask for a refund from the mobile app saying that the app purchases don't go through the store which is absolutely not true. They will have one lonely person running the whole place later in the day and their employee turnover rate is absolutely atrocious. I wonder why they can't hold on to employees? Do not go here, do not tip them and do not support this train wreck. This place is standing example of failure.

Every time we go to the West Rutland Subway there is an issue with our food. The guy that works there server id #999997 never calls us when they run out of something amd every time we order he says they are out of this or that. This time he said they are out of black olives and crunch wraps. Then he said they arent using black olives at all any more. He is rude and we have placed numerous orders online that we have shown up for a half hour later and he hasnt even started them or cancelled them and not called. He is super unprofessional. With so many amazing places to get sandwiches in Rutland I do not have to go to Subway. I may not in the future. This is ridiculous.

Four stars for good employees, accommodating. Clean. Eating Area. Yet, still same old sub par Subway food. So little meat on a sandwich and costs to add more to make it a decent grinder. Rolls average at best. Like already stated, typical Subway.

My God I have to say this location should be the prime example for other locations as to how to keep a clean and vibrant looking case. As a traveler for work I've been to many locations across the country and was so very impressed with this spot. I will definitely come back and refer fellow travelers when near by to patronize this location!!! I applaud you ?
