The Pork Tomahawk entry might have been one of the best things I have ever eaten in a restaurant anywhere!
You can tell the Chef Brett and the Manager Matt aka sommelier (he wore many hats) take pride at what they do - I walked out from the place thinking “I don’t think anything could have been done better”. I will be back soon“
