“I love our KFC but WHY don't you get them new headsets so I don't have to YELL to order? It has been weeks and I always wait in line outside so it is a very busy KFC and yet every time I get up there to order I am being told to yell because they can't hear with these headsets. PLEASE get them new ones so I can stop yelling and they can hear to take our orders.“
