So we stopped in this place this morning four of us each of us ordered two scrambled eggs, bacon, and home fries, coffee and juice $81 first of all the spoons forks and cups were disgusting second of between the four of us there was probably a plate of food as this is why it’s called the skinny pancake. I guess I don’t think I’ll be ever returning.

Don't eat here if you're hungry. Portions are tiny and very overpriced. Disappointed!!

Great little fast casual spot for breakfast. French Toast was great and coffee was good. The repackaged plastic ware is brutal so make sure you ask for real silverware.

I was hiking in Acadia National Park ME and chatted with some hikers from Vermont, where i came to spend a few days. They recommended i stop here. I'm glad I did. Nice crepe and ice coffee. Great friendly service. Lots to choose from on the menu. Was a nice treat after hiking at the Gorge.

Food was very solid. Got the pulled pork BBQ crepe which was a decent portion albeit a bit overpriced. However, the service and aforementioned price would make me hesitant to recommend this place. Nothing wrong with the servers themselves—just very short staffed which led to long wait and multiple things unavailable on the menu. Feel bad for the servers but from the customer perspective I probably wouldn’t want to go back. Crepes are good

We had such a wonderful experience at The Skinny Pancake, and it was all thanks to Arden! Even though it’s a counter-service setup, Arden made us feel like we were getting five-star treatment. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and so genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience feel extra special.

It’s rare to come across someone who brings that much heart and care to their work, and Arden truly stood out. If management sees this—please know you’ve got a gem on your team. She absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!).

Delicious food and amazing service. We ordered something and l forgot it had cheese on it, the server saw us picking it off the cheese and came by and replaced the dish for us. We mentioned that it was as our fault but they insisted. Easy for a vegan to eat, amazing service.
