The Station/Krispy Krunchy Chicken

If you're reading this review, thinking what the heck is this place? If you wan good chicken either tenders, thighs, wings, drums this place is worth it. Its juicy, and crispy and crunchy, the name does not lie. The biscuits are also a great add on, staff was polite as well.

Pretty awesome comfort food at a cheap price. Miles better than KFC. Guy behind the counter is also chill.

Why is EVERYTHING in WRJ overpriced? Mc Ds, 2-3 bucks more . Chesters ridiculous… so had the Crispy Chicken Sandi. Old bun that’s was stale and smelled like fermented bread. Patty was cold. Greasy, gross. Had to fix it to make edible. No beuno…

Came here instead of KFC(told to wait over an hour). Perfectly satisfied, love the biscuits. Would recommend!

Best Fried Chicken I have had in years. Great place to stop en route to IP VT! Price was reasonable, and the chicken tenders were huge.

Called to order and they said that items listed on their menu were not available and the girl who took our phone call was rude and short with my girlfriend! Will never order chicken from them again!!

AMAZING freshly made food, very kind and helpful employees. Best cajun chicken I’ve yet found outside of Louisiana, and better than some I had even in Louisiana!! I wasn’t expecting much from the gas station food, this blew my mind! Planning to pass through town again just to stop here

Very nice gas station/food. Their chicken is SUPER crispy and juicy. Potato wedges are just as good, if you don't like that, you can get their mashed potatoes. Typical American chicken foods ie coleslaw sides, plus on the jambalaya. Restrooms are always clean, employees are happy and helpful. Great management. They also carry hard alcohol here for those that don't know. An all in one pit stop. Gas, restrooms, foods (dine in area) hot or cold, quick sandwiches and small conveniences (shaving cream, tampons...), alcohol, some kids plushies/beanie babies, candies, drinks, and chips. Also has the bus station (grey hound)

Went for lunch and was a little wary due to the ones behind counter not speaking english, but pressed on. Group had chicken tenders and mushroom cheese burger. It was really yummy and affordable if sharing.

This is the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Batter on the fish and chicken is extremely greasy and has a very weird taste. The honey roll tasted like chemicals. Yuck.

Been missing Popeye's since moving up here from Connecticut last year, but the chicken here is nearly as tasty -- the spices are a little different -- and the pieces, especially the thighs, are HUGE in comparison. Jambalaya's very good, too. Only one complaint: They don't take payment in the restaurant area. You have to take a receipt to the convenience store cashiers, pay there and have it stamped before you can come back to Krispy Krunchy and get your food. Maybe when the worker shortage eases?
