What a treasure! We had been traveling all day and were quite hungry. We found the restaurant full, but were greeted at the door by a kind smiling man willing to see what they had. He found 3 seats at the bar for us, and we were in! Drinks were offered immediately, complete with favorites suggested. We soon found out the kind man is David, the owner. He helped us pick from their most popular items. We tried the pulled chicken, brisket and crispy chicken sandwich. I'm still not sure which was the best. All amazing. By far the best bbq I have had in a very long time. The Mac and cheese was perfect. Cole slaw cold and crisp. Shoestring fries... all of my personal favorites done to perfection. I'd like to think that after our ordering with David that he went and oversaw all of our meals prep. But I'm certain his staff is just that good, and it's always like that! Oh, and don't forget the corn bread in its own cast iron skillet with homemade maple butter... oh my...

Traveling through and found this by accident. Loved it and very glad we stopped. Service was prompt and Becca was so helpful. We split a combo and it was perfect for lunch. Delicious bbq.

One of the best meals I've had on my trip to Vermont. The fried chicken was HUGE and delicious (definitely do it spicy, I promise it's not too hot) and the salt and vinegar fries were just stellar

Great barbecue shack. Very limited seating, and the windows are plagued by air infiltration. The wait staff is responsive and uber-friendly. VERY tasty barbecue sandwiches. The mac-n-cheese side is delicious and likely rich in calories.
service great, had a gal on a Saturday afternoon and she was really good. cornbread is super yummy, got the 4 different meats, all not so great, ambiance great. very clean. we have had much better BBQ other places. only one option for sauce, that we are aware of.
