Violet, the server during lunch today, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. She deserves the 5 start rating. But the food, penne with sausage and chicken, was mediocre at best. What looked incredibly appetizing in the photos just really fell short in reality. It was dry, overly spicy, and more pizz than zazz. It was my first time at a 99 Restaurant, but likely my last.
Arrived at 12:30 on this Wednesday. Waited at least 30 minutes to be seated. It appeared there were only two waitresses in our area who had more tables than they were able to handle with one table of 11 elderly ladies who had all ordered on separate checks that took forever to settle. After that we were brought our ice water drinks and asked for our order. There were only two of us at our table. I ordered the turkey dinner which took forever to be served and was not even...
Great tasting food and great service. A wide variety of food to pick from. Tammi is a excellent waitress but she's moving into management so Alex is my next choice for a waiter because she trained him. Most of the wait staff there is wonderful to deal with.
Kid-friendliness: My son has autism and he always wants to sit in a chair there and they always accommodate us with that.
