I just stopped there and ordered a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. The blone women at the counter had put it down and said everything bagel w/ plain cream cheese, I said I'm sorry I asked for veggie cream cheese. She then says "did you watch me but plain on it! Girl, it is not the costumers job to make sure your doing your job!
The folks who work at the Dunkin in Williston are SO incredibly nice. They are welcoming and beyond polite. Awesome customer service!!

Based on the reviews, Dunkin' has a professional, accurate, and speedy group of employees. The whole lobby was full, but three employees rocked it. Customers drive from Fairfax to get coffee and food from this location. The employees are accountable and make good when errors happen. One early morning visitor says they know their order by heart. The mini bagels with cream cheese are loved. However, the machinery stinks really bad. One customer ordered a dunkinlatte with no modification, but was asked three times how to make it, resulting in a weird tasting drink. The dunkinlatte is seasonal and was tasty.
