Brand new location for Starfire Bakery and 1A Coffee roasters together! Same fabulous pastries with a huge variety and inspiration from all over the world. Truly everything is exquisite and not like anything you will find even in most cities. They also have bakery classics as well, including freshly baked bread.
Coffee is great and roasted in house. So exciting to have the two businesses merged with tons of seating now. We’re extremely lucky to have all this in tiny Wilmington.

Such an amazing place for coffee and treats and cool merchandise. We got some of the freshly brewed coffee it was so good. Lattes were amazing as well. Coffee is roasted on site how cool is that! Grabbed a piece of artwork from a local artisan before we left. Love this place.

The Maple Syrup Oat latte was the best I've had in my life, and the coffee was really tasting good, which is usually impossible outside of french and Italian restaurants. Thanks a lot !

I have been to this coffee shop many times. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and the locals are very friendly. I usually have an egg sandwich on a toasted bagel which is always fantastic. However, the coffee is my favourite coffee . By far the best coffee around. My kids love it too and they stop on their way to work . Don’t miss out, check it out!!

Coffee is some of the best tasting coffee ive ever had. So flavourful minimal bitterness and astringency. Smooth delectable and bursting with flavour. obviously wherever they source their milk is somewhere excellent... Their maple latte is pristine!!!

1a is amazing. If you're in downtown Wilmington, it's worth heading just a few minutes down the road to check them out. The coffee is fantastic, and reminded me of when I was in Melbourne Australia (a city that is obsessed with good coffee) because it was so high-quality.
The coffee would be enough, but it's an added bonus that they have a connect to New Jersey, from where they get fresh bagels delivered. I never could have imagined how delicious it would be to have a fresh New Jersey bagel paired with fresh Vermont cream cheese until I had it, but now I am not sure any bagel with cream cheese will ever compare.
Great vibes too. Cozy shop with friendly staff. This is really a wonderful place.
