Have had birthday dinners for both of my parent's 90th birthdays at Alpenglow and it's been awesome. In June for my Mother's 90th we used their upstairs private room which made the occasion extra special. The food, service/ staff and atmosphere is great and I would highly recommend Alpenglow to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a great setting!

Alpenglow is a cozy gem in Wilmington that transports you straight to the Alps with its warm, German-Swiss-inspired ambiance. It offers exceptional cocktails, food and service in a setting that feels like home—if home were a charming mountain chalet! A must visit in Wilmington!

Alpenglow is our “go to” place when we are in town. The service is prompt, attentive, friendly, and personalized (the server remembered my food allergies even though we haven’t been in for weeks). The food is equally impressive - from the tuna appetizer we shared last night to our entrees, mussels and steak frites… a win all around. Definitely recommend going here for a fine dining experience/date night/or just a night out!

Amazing service. Delicious and creative food. So much more than “just” an Austrian restaurant.

Just wonderful! Food was soooo good! Raquel was helping us and she was amazing.
We had onion soup, roasted chicken (roasted huhnchen), and pork cutlet. Everything was great! Including French fries for our kid. Cocktails were great! This is not our first time at Alpengloo, they never disappoint and we’ll be back!

Food was a mixed bag. Arancini and short ribs were delicious, the bratwurst not so much. High prices = high expectations. The drinks and the service were great though. Probably wouldn’t go back, was a bit expensive for what it was.

Parking: Worth the 40 minute trip over the mountain from North Adams MA!

Food was great!! We got the Bavarian pretzels and the Mont Blanc crepe for appetizers. The pretzels are exactly what you’d expect (and what we wanted), and the crepe was unexpectedly delicioussss. We had the short ribs and pork cutlet for entrees and they were also amazing! Good portions, too.
My only advice would be to skip on the $20 “chocolate bomb”. Once you wrestle your way inside the frozen chocolate shell, the cake is quite dry. Everything else was so good that we didn’t mind that the bomb “bombed”.

We had Christmas Eve dinner here. It was exceptional! So cozy and inviting, and the entire staff was so friendly. Everyone loved our meals and the Swiss wine we had was delicious. We will definitely return. Thank you Alpenglow, for making our Christmas Eve special!

Love this place so much. The perfect spot to have a delicious, comforting, meal in a space that makes you feel like you are in the Alps. The bartender makes fabulous cocktails — both classic and seasonal — and the owner greets everyone like an old friend. If you are in the Deerfield Valley you are really missing out if you don’t dine here.

We waited less than 10 minutes for a table for us to sit and have dinner.
