An amazing gem in the heart of Wilmington, Vermont. The menu was inventive and wonderful, the service attentive and delivered with aplomb by the wife and husband team. A must recommend 10/10.

Folly is an outstanding restaurant and experience. Jade, the charming front person, takes exceptional care of all that enter here. Her husband Chef Graham performs many miracles in the kitchen and you will not be disappointed. We loved the Folly salad, Thai shrimp appetizer, lobster tail main course and the pork belly. We will definitely be going back when we return to Wilmington, VT!

I really enjoyed the flavors, unique and delicious dishes, I really cleaned my plates. I had peach burrada as the appetizer, Thai shrimp as a mid course, and scallops as a main entree. I was particularly blown away by the sauce of the Thai shrimp. They served it with a spoon and I ate it after I finished the shrimp like a soup. Fantastic! The service was friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Parking: Three spots in front of the restaurant. If those are taken...
