Amazing food and an incredible team! We worked with Nomad Chefs for our wedding catering and they were fantastic to work with — professional, friendly, and so easy to coordinate with. They served up incredible BBQ that our guests are still talking about, and the custom mac and cheese bar was an absolute hit! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the team made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We’d highly recommend Nomad Chefs to anyone looking for unforgettable food and top-notch service.

Absolutely amazing food at vet reasonable prices! We had lunch for 4 under $50 and still had leftovers (they were polished off within hours 😁). Vegetarians must have their mushroom steam buns!!

We had lunch here yesterday. The banh mi, buns, and ramen were delicious and well prepared. Note from a Vietnamese person: I’d add some brown sugar to the pork marinade, and add pickle and cilantro in the banh mi (even if optional). A bit of sweet and sour would vastly improve your already delicious banh mi!

One of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had, if not the best! Certainly the best pork bun! Delicious rice bowl. The food here is phenomenal and the cooks are as friendly as they are skilled. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re traveling through Wilmington or Dover, or anywhere! Spicy Garlic Ramen, NMK Pork Bun, and the chicken rice bowl.
