A staple in my UVM days! The Mongolian lamb is to die for and the restaurant is beautiful. Great lighting and atmosphere and always good music playing.

Great food, beautiful space, and always incredible service. Forrest was our server tonight and he truly couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and welcoming. Better service and overall atmosphere than we’ve had at most fine dining establishments in the Burlington area. Thank you, Forrest!
We have some favorites but tried the crispy noodles this time which were great. Forrest also recommended the moo shoo pork which we will order next time!
Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so nice when we come in with our daughter! It’s great to dine somewhere as a family and not be given a cold shoulder because we have a child with us. Five stars!

Best chinese food around!!
The restaurant has become too popular and now service suffers. We even try online ordering but they over sell and can not keep up with demand. We sometimes wait 30 minutes to pick up orders.

I wish I could give more stars to our local business. They were open on Christmas Eve. Due to the amount of orders. There was a delay in take out. They had a lot of rude customers that would not understand the situation. These employees deserve so much more specially feeding us on the holidays.
We put in a catering order with Mandarin and they were did amazing! Lawrence worked with me to get the perfect assortment for our party and the food was a big hit! Highly recommend their services!

Hopefully the secret gets out, the food is really good! (I was not aware this place existed) Food was hot and you could tell it was homemade and fresh. One of my favorite crab ragoons.

I am a novice door dash patron, and didn’t realize that I needed to ask for sauces. So we didn’t get them initially. But the manager was so nice he drove them to my house after he closed the restaurant. Very courteous, excellent manners and assured me he was happy to make sure we had good service and that they appreciated our business. 5 Stars.

Completely tasteless food, like no seasoning at all, or very minimal, even their sauces are tasteless. Servings are also huge, felt like a waste. Service and atmosphere was good, but the food was terrible.
Mandarin is my go-to place for quality Chinese food! Great service in a great environment with food that can't be beat anywhere else in Chittenden County.

First time dining here. Had DIY Hunan beef, Wonton soup, and warm Saki.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The bar tender was very friendly, the food is delicious, and the soft lighting and wall art give it a vey inviting feel.
The Hunan beef was just the right amount of spice for my taste and the soup arrived warm enough to eat but not so hot that it burns your tongue.
I will definitely be back here again.

Fantastic restaurant - food, service, decor and atmosphere were all top notch. Couldn’t understand why it wasn’t busy on a Saturday evening during summer. Highly recommend!!
