Great food here. Had the Massaman curry with chicken and it was amazing. Overall impression of the pad Thai was very good at our table. There were 3 orders.

My family and I stopped at Pho Dang on our way back to NY from Canada on Tuesday, 8/12/25, in the afternoon. It was a long trip, and we thought it would be nice to enjoy some Vietnamese comfort food. The food itself was good, but the service was not.
The staff member who took our order not only got it wrong but also showed a disrespectful attitude toward our family. We ordered three bowls of pho tai, but she only brought out one — even though everyone around us heard us order three. When we pointed it out, she looked visibly annoyed, but we let it go since we saw that it’s only her as a servant. Until, when my mom politely asked for a small bowl in Vietnamese. She immediately scolded my mom, saying, “No Vietnamese, English please.” While she had mentioned earlier that she was not Vietnamese, there were far more respectful ways to communicate that, or she could have asked for help from another family member that’s sitting around.
On top of that, she didn’t bring enough utensils — how can you enjoy pho soup without a spoon? We understand it was a busy time and our group was large, but that kind of attitude toward customers is simply not acceptable.

Was driving through and stopped in. The vegetarian pho was INCREDIBLE. Got it with quail eggs and it was absolutely phenomenal. The broth was sooooo flavorful and the vegetables were perfectly crunchy. If I’m ever in the area again I would absolutely go back!

I had the chicken pad thai and it was fantastic. My partner had a soup and Vietnamese coffee and loved both.

Pretty calm, great pho. Note - the bun bo hue pork is meatballs, not actual pork. Menu could be clearer.

Excellent assortment of sauces. Pho is good - not standout but definitely up to standards. Not too busy when we went around 5:30pm, held our party of 7 easily.

The food here was absolutely amazing! Super flavorful pho with rich broth and fresh ingredients. I had the beef pho and fresh spring rolls — both were delicious and satisfying. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. The place is small and simple, but the service is quick and friendly. Definitely coming back. One of the best Vietnamese spots I’ve tried!

We decided to give this pho place a try while driving from Lake Placid to Stowe, and it did not disappoint.
We order one rice vermicelli bowl and one pho, and both tasted delicious. We had just one super complaint: the pho broth is way too sweet, significantly sweeter than most pho places. I know some people prefer it that way, so definitely don’t let that discourage you from giving this place a try!

The experience at Pho Dang Vietnamese Cafe was just okay overall. The food looked nice and was decent—nothing exceptional, but if you’re hungry, it’ll do the job. I tried a few dishes including pho, spring rolls, and noodles. The presentation was fine, but the flavors were a bit underwhelming.

The service was average, not very attentive but not bad either. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, but the overall vibe felt a bit plain.

This place might work for a quick bite, but it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to unless I was already in the area and needed something quick

Decent Pho in Vermont, the meat quality is soft and tender. The egg rolls were flavorful. The service was a little slow, but I thought it was okay until this waitress thought it was acceptable to hold hot broth over a baby's head. It's just common sense to not hold anything hot over anyone's head.
