I dont know who but someone needs retraining on making a sandwich. Stacking the ingredients in like a hotdog so the meat is shoved in the crevasse and lettuce is falling out the side then putting the sauce on so it also spills out the side and you have to eat it with the opening up.

I’ve paid $17 for a sub that barely had any meat on it. Now you can’t even watch them put your meat on. Then to make it worse when you go to cash out, they expect a tip. I’ll never go back there again.
Jen n chantel are not good workers at all Jen treats her staff terribly and lets her daughter do whatever she wants I’ve been in there while she is talking down to her younger staff and letting her daughter do the same I’ve heard many bad things like it’s ok for them to be late but once a staff member is late they talk down to them n make them feel horrible they should not be in charge over there at all!!! And the service from the two is terrible!!!!! (but the younger staff there they are amazing and good luck to them)

My strawberry smoothie has been taken of door dash what the hell is wrong with them . Also my mickchiken had a lounge in it also my root beer was small not large I will be reporting your asses for this crime ... slay girly pop

We ordered 2 footlongs on the app, went to go pick it up, they didn't have any bread only flat bread so my sandwiches were never made, I wasn't refunded my money back. Called yesterday to get help getting my money back, the manager wasn't in so they took my name and number, I haven't heard anything back. And I am out $22.21. Not impressed at all

Disgusting. I love subway and as someone that used to work in one I know that you are supposed to change out the veggie containers and not dump the new stuff onto the old. The bottom of every tray was soggy fermented looking veggies. The sides had freezer burn. Nothing was restocked. Very dirty in there. Would not recommend this location. Drive to the Essex location.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, none of them were made correctly. Not toasted, missing sauce, extra onions when I ordered less. Will never order here again, plenty of other Subways in the area to choose from.

Not a fan of the haters so I struggle with negative reviews that aren't backed up by my experience. Today, our lunchtime bread option was limited to multi grain or a wrap. The new options look nice on the board, but #1 Philly is a dog. The steak is dry and cold in spots after toasting, the peppers and onions are raw from the toppings tray. I got the Pro option with more meat, so this was a spendy lunch at $20 with sub and bottled soda pop. I'm going to stick with my old favorite, the Cold Cut Combo with provolone cheese, mayonnaise, and ALL the veggies. That is my recommendation.

Great people that work there! Nice little Subway gem in Winooski. Wonderful sandwich that just needed a good toast on each side at home. I think they are scared to put off customers, but it does open up the flavors. Vege Delight and Bella Mozza (amazing!).

This location closed down temporarily and reopened and I have no idea what changes they made but it tastes like subway from the 90s. I now order from them regularly and can’t get enough. I will not go to any other subway location in the Burlington area besides this one. Always Crispy and fresh. Highly suggest going to this location if you’re in the area.
