Great spot with old school arcade games, cocktails, beers on tap and friendly bartenders. Games were cheap and there were drink specials on Monday.

A friend and I have been coming here for the past couple of years and we have always been treated well. Drinks are yummy and it’s nice to have a place where the atmosphere can be relaxed and chill as well as super fun (thanks to occasional events). I seem to always make a new friend every time I walk in and Skip, Trace and Ludo are always working hard to make each time as nice as the last. Yay!

Really not sure what all the reviews are about this place. The drinks are average. There was nobody there on a Saturday night. Skip it and head over to any of the bars nearby.

Front of house staff was rude and disgruntled to the idea of large parties would not recommend for groups over 6.

Classic arcade games like Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter and Donkey Kong. They even have pinball machines. Also a good selection of drinks, including mocktails. I hope they add more food to their menu.
Great place to hang out for a little bit. The video game selection is a little narrow so not someplace you want to spend all night but there's so much to do right there in Winooski I would definitely include this place. And kids are allowed in the video game area so families could even meet here.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in the video game area

I do love this place. Everything you need as an adult. Great drinks, amazing draft list. And classic video games
The bartender, names Chris did my third drink, and he did a drink called poundcake, and it does taste like a poundcake!
The bartenders are always super nice! Drinks are hit or miss (for my taste buds) sometimes but the bartenders are super knowledgeable and are great to help you choose a drink they think you'll like. Amazing atmosphere!
Skip and Chris were the best bartenders I have ever had . Informative, social , fun, and overall kept the vibes up-beat and fun! 10/10 would visit again .
The Archives is a hidden gem in the heart of Winooski, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite bars in the area. The bar has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. The decor is unique and quirky, with old arcade cabinets lining the walls. The overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a romantic date. But what really sets Archives apart from other bars is their impressive selection of craft cocktails. The bartenders are true mixologists, and they take great pride in creating unique and delicious drinks. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet and fruity or strong and smoky, they've got you covered. And if you're not sure what to order, just ask Chris - he's a master at creating custom cocktails based on your preferences.Speaking of Chris, he truly deserves a shoutout for his exceptional service. He's always smiling and friendly, and he makes every customer feel like a VIP. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks on the menu and can make recommendations based on your taste preferences. He's quick to offer suggestions and is always happy to engage in conversation.Overall, Archives is a must-visit bar in Winooski, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable drinking experience. And be sure to say hi to Chris - he's one of the best bartenders around!
