Only good if you’ve never had these dishes before. Pad Thai simply wasn’t Pad Thai. Chow mein is literally spaghetti with super dry chicken. Banh Mi tasted like it had been dried out all afternoon. Pork dumplings are store bought? All sauces too? Very disappointed.

Good pork chow mein and pork fried momos! They also give you free chips and guac, which is great to chew on when you’re waiting for your food. Just kinda wish they had achar to dip the momos in.

This place has a fantastic fusion of my ethnic foods, including Asian, Indian, Vietnamese, and Mexican. Amazingly, it is all good. I've tried different dishes on each visit. The place is not very busy, and I hope people will start eating here do it doesn't go out of business!!

Don't let the "fusion" in the name scare you off, the food and service here are excellent. Pho is as good as anywhere else local, the nepali-style chow mein is top notch, great ema datshi, chai, momo, and other bhutanese specialties. There are plenty of vegetarian & non-veg options, and the price is great.

The worst! I ordered peanut street noodles. They were overcooked and gummy. Inedible. My husband ordered Pad Thai which I generally love. Not terrible but the worst pad thai I've ever had. They need to stick to whatever cuisine they're good at and skip the others.

As a Viet person, they have the best banh mi that I have tried in Chittenden County so far! Good bread. Also got the pad thai and it was different than the other pad thai I have had in the area, which was yummy! The chow mein was also a yummy dish.Vegan friendly!Vegetarian options: Vegan compatibleDietary restrictions: Vegan compatible

Ordered takeout beef banh mi and beef lo mein.Banh mi was not quite authentic, missing pickled veggies. I'm not one to throw a hissy fit about authenticity. It was still tasty. Certainly worth the price.Beef lo Mein was of slightly higher quality than your regular Chinese place. So pretty good.Willing to give a dinner a try here they have a bar. And try the other dishes.

I’ve tried a handful of dishes from Fusion including the Pho Ga, Banh Mi, lo mein, and fried rice. All has been great with my favorite being the Pho Ga. It’s my go to when I’m feeling under the weather. It has lots of fresh vegetables and the broth just hits. The mango lassi is also a favorite. I plan to try their burrito, quesadilla and dumplings. So many options!
