Great selection. Cute restaurant. Loved the elevated table in the corner. Food and service were good but a little slow. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Remember - this is a diner. As a diner, it is excellent. We have been fans ever since they were in downtown Woodstock. The desserts and ice cream are excellent, as they have always been. Service is fast and friendly.

This place is great. I was under the mistaken impression that they only serve ice cream, and so was pleasantly surprised to see full breakfast and lunch menus available depending upon your timing. We wandered in like jerks at ~15min before closing and were still greeted with smiles and pleasant service and made to feel right at home. Both the turkey sandwiches and tomato soup were made of "real" ingredients - nice big chunks of turkey in the sandwich! - and tasted so much better than the watery cold cuts and reconstituted Campbell's that most roadside restaurants serve at this point in time. Even the pickles were tastier than I would have expected! Yes, things might be a little more expensive than you'd expect, but the quality and the absolutely great service are worth 10x that difference.

What a cozy, classic diner. Pancakes, omelettes, coffee: all top notch. Absolutely love the atmosphere in places like this, and it was a little highlight of our roadtrip before a long day of driving.

A must stop for breakfast if you are in the area. Homey vibe, great food, and friendly service. Haven’t tried the lunch yet but the menu looks great. Breakfast and lunch menus both include vegetarian options. I can’t wait to come back to try the pie and ice cream!

We enjoyed our breakfast so much the first day of our vacation that we came back the following day! The omelets were crazy high and delicious. Muffins were also delicious. Service was friendly and quick. We will come back when we are next in the area.

This place was open for takeout icecream around 5.40pm when I was traveling through this place on a fall weekend evening. Liked their maple walnut icecream. Cash only.

The go-to ice cream destination for area residents. Large servings of excellent freshly homemade ice cream, served by friendly people!

EXPENSIVE!!Food was average, workers quite loud and a bit rude. We had just stopped in (with kids) and they saw another couple coming in after and "hoped to god they didnt have kids" out loud.but The biggest shock was the price!!$10.50 for one waffle is ridiculous

We went because LonelyPlanet gave it a 'must visit' rating but we were disappointed. My wife had the tuna sandwich and soup, both very plain and under seasoned. I had the "pulled ham" sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was actually quite good but the salad was nearly tasteless. The big draw we came for was the "mile high apple pie" and it was a complete let down. Soggy chewy crust and a very boring filling. We didn't even finish it. Certainly not worth $45 oh, and to top it all off, they only accept cash which feels very cheap. Definitely not worth the hype.
