After many wonderful dinners here, I had my rehearsal dinner here and it was perfection. Liz and team made the night run so smoothly and the food was excellent. Rustic and charming.

It just didn’t feel quite the same as it used to. The prices seemed high for what we received, and I was surprised to be served plain white rice instead of something of better quality. Our waitress was kind but was rushed each time she came to the table, which made us feel rushed as well. There were also two large parties in the dining room, and the noise level made it hard to enjoy the quiet, peaceful dinner we’ve come to experience here in the past.
Excellent food.

Wonderful food and service.
Would return if I found myself in Woodstock again. Extensive and reasonably priced wine list.

A dingy-feeling place with mediocre food priced as if it was Gordon Ramsey's personal best. Bad cuts of meat served as if they were wagyu and cooked to incorrect temperatures. The service was amazing, but the food was worth less than a third of what we paid for it, on top of waiting literal hours for our food.

A mixed bag. The soup was bland and tasteless. I love smoked salmon but this smoked salmon was pretty awful with an off taste and slimy texture. The toast it was served with had a break your teeth hardness. The pate was excellent but again served with the teeth breaking bread. The salad was delightfully fresh and the Salmon special was excellent. Appetizers offer the first impression and that salmon was such a turn off. The Margarita fell short of being a nicely crafted drink. It tasted like sweet and sour mixer with a splash of Mezcal.
A basically empty restaurant and we were seated next to the servers station.

Friendly service, but the menu, and the dish flavors could use an update.

Nice rustic restaurant with a great menu that fits perfectly in the Woodstock setting. The prices are on the higher end but the food doesn't disappoint. The restaurant has an overall cozy feeling and the service is great. I would recommend reservations on a weekend night but you may be able to get a table for two if you don't mind a short wait.
A bit underwhelmed. Food was just okay, ambiance was old timey, expensive!

For a restaurant that only serves a prix fixe menu, I was disappointed that the food wasn’t as tasty. My smoked salmon appetizer didn’t have any smoke flavoring, so it tasted just like any lox and the pasta was over cooked and drenched in cream sauce. That said, the lamb in puff pastry and the duck entrees were both excellent. Service was attentive.

Such a disappointment, food was boring and completely tasteless. Service was average, low quality forniture. Pretentious place while being the worst meal of our holiday in New England.
