The Woodstock Farmer's Market has upped their Vegan game! They now carry Vegan baked goods in-house. The lemon poppyseed muffin is fantastic, one of the best you can get—the carrot cake and chocolate cupcakes are also amazing. You can now find vegan-prepared foods, such as Vegan Buddha Bowls, Salads, and Vegan soups, in the hot case.
Pricey, but well worth the trip. You can get non-dairy milks at the cafe.
For years I’ve driven by Woodstock Farmers’ Market wondering what kind of culinary fantasy could be waiting inside. Today my really cool fiance and I pulled into the parking lot and opened the door. What were we greeted by, you ask? Extravagant cheese samples, maybe the best apple cider I’ve ever had, produce that you want to paint a picture of, really good sandwiches, etc. I had to text my brother about it. For lunch we enjoyed the steak & cheese and the bean burrito....
This place is wonderful! The food is amazing—nothing is ever soggy or greasy, and their pastries are heavenly. I can't praise their stocked shelves enough; the fresh produce is splendid, mostly local, organic, and GMO-free. They support many local businesses in the area by offering products like canned goods and sauces. It’s a great spot! They also have a selection of wine and beer, along with local honey and chocolates.
