“I always enjoy my Chick fil A meal. Disappointed they changed the marinade and chicken for the grilled nuggets. Not a good flavor and chicken texture is off. Will not be ordering again.

I didn’t pay attention because the kids were with me. But they are very helpful and the way they handle complaints is very professional without showing any attitude. Food is good but the service was awful, order way ahead of time for a pickup, got there and after waiting 40 minutes they had not even a clue of when my food was going to be ready. Not only wasted my time but ruined my event.“
