Staff is friendly and helpful. If you are not sure what to order, ask for one or more samples. Went back time and again. Loved the white peach, and of course the original Moscow Mule. “My friends and I stopped by Pelicana Chicken recently, and honestly, it was way better than I expected. I had been here before, but it feels like the place has really stepped up under the new management.

We ordered a bunch of items to share, including the Pelicana Fried Chicken, Honey Crispy Chicken, Honey Wings, and the American-Style Grilled Wings. Everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The Honey Crispy Chicken was probably my favorite—it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

The vibe is also great. It's a comfortable spot to hang out with friends, grab food after class, watch a game, or just chill for a while. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

When you have a secret place to get 'better than KFC' chicken, open 24 hours, you kinda don't wanna post or tell anyone. Took me 5+ years to share this. I just tell everyone go to Ezells or Heaven Sent but they won't be open 24 hrs. I'll be hitting the 🐚 late night. Crunk Fried Chicken, yep.“

The DJ was absolutely amazing, playing a fantastic mix of new and old school R&B and Hip Hop. Despite the younger crowd in the area(guessing close to UW and in Capital Hill), the vibe and music were perfect for anyone looking to have a great time. I didn’t get to try any of the food, but the girl next to me had wings that looked and smelled delicious. I’ll definitely make sure to try those next time. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a fantastic night out exploring a new spot!“
