“After living across from Copine for nearly a year, and then moving, we finally made a reservation, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The restaurant’s intimate, refined atmosphere is complemented by attentive, knowledgeable service. From the amuse (not pictured) to dessert, every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Overall, the combination of exquisite food and impeccable service makes Copine a must-visit in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. We’ll definitely be returning.
Parking: Parking is located in the lower level of the building, entry on 64th.“

“Canon is a true gem in Seattle's cocktail scene. From the moment you step inside, you're immersed in a warm, intimate ambiance that perfectly complements their world-class drink offerings. The dim lighting, stylish decor, and towering "spirit library" create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and inviting. The cocktail menu is nothing short of extraordinary-carefully curated, innovative, and expertly executed.
Whether you're a whiskey aficionado, a gin enthusiast, or simply looking to try something new, there's something to suit every palate. Their attention to detail is impeccable; every drink is a masterpiece in both flavor and presentation.
The staff deserves a special mention— they're incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their craft. They're more than happy to make recommendations and even customize drinks to your preferences.
Canon is the kind of place that turns an evening out into an unforgettable experience. It's no surprise that it consistently earns accolades as one of the top cocktail bars in the world.
Whether you're a local or visiting Seattle, this is an absolute must-visit spot.“

“I received a gift card for my Birthday in April, We had been meaning to stop in for a date night and finally did it last night. Omg. Its my new favorite place. We had great cocktails, apps, and an open faced sandwich. We ended with the most delicious slice of carrot cake to go! I can't wait to bring more of my friends and family here, I hate that I waited so long to check it out. They are doing a great job here and Im glad its in the neighborhood.“

“Top notch. Not many restaurants like this remain in Seattle. The food is creative and delicious. Excellent service, very attentive, helpful and helpful. The atmosphere is beautiful. Love the velvet and colors. The wine menu is very good. I prefer more European wines so enjoy what they make available. The chef is always trying to serve new items which makes it always a pleasure to go here.“

“This is the loveliest little place that despite its delicious menu and incredible cocktails still feels kind of unknown. Even friends that have lived in WSea for years haven’t heard of its existence. Even though I’d like to keep it that way, I’d much rather have it succeed and never go away.
Also, got to meet one of the owners tonight, super nice guy with very kind friends. The bathroom even has VIP club-style amenities like toothpicks, mints and lotion. We ❤️ Locöl.“

“Bummer, been going for years to all of her restaurants. Food is excellent, ambiance is five stars. However, for the first time I felt very unwelcome here. My server couldn’t get me outta there faster. I had two kids with me, but they didn’t act up or anything and we had a 5.15 seating. Our server asked me for my whole order with drinks, and when dinner was over asked me if I wanted my check before she asked about dessert. I literally started thinking “do I know her from somewhere else? And does she not like me for some reason?” I had to ask for my dessert to go, as it felt like she didn’t want me to eat it there. Restaurant wasn’t even full when we left. Will put some space between me and whale wins for a while 😥“

“A Scotch nerd's paradise. I've never seen a Dornoch distillery bottling in a bar in the USA (nor Thompson Bros IBs), nor Abhainn Dearg distillery. Old Springbanks (& Longrows, Hazelburns) at prices that just beg you to indulge. Half-ounce pours available, so you can try plenty. The best Scotch whisky bar in Seattle by a country mile. The four whiskies pictured cost $59 total!“

“Canlis is one of those places that lives up to the hype — upscale, timeless, and perfect for special nights. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or just celebrating life, the tasting menu was unforgettable. Every course? Devoured. The view? Unreal. The staff? Impeccably professional. This iconic family-run spot has been part of Seattle for generations..
If you’re in town — even for a day — make this your splurge dinner. Worth every moment.“

“Came today for brunch, and was pleased to see there was a separate vegan brunch and dinner menu. The food was really tasty, and there were some classic American breakfast foods made vegan. I had the breakfast sandwich. The only con could be that a lot of the foods are more focused towards mock meats and more processed substitutes. But I thought the food was great.“

“This is a great restaurant, the people and the food are great for the most part. A lot of people have an issue with the weird times this place is open and with the price of the food. I understand that the pandemic hit hard, and it's hard to run a restaurant. However, there are definitely things to critique. The food is good, but expensive for small portions. They are also having a menu change at the end of August (that's what I was told last time I came here). They changed the vegan lumpia to only have vegetables in it (tasted like a spring roll), and are getting rid of the adobo burger (no longer on menu) :(. The current menu does not have any lumpia besides the new vegetable one, no dessert, and no potatoes. I thought the lumpia was a favorite? I used to visit every now and then because we love the lumpia, but I don't know how often I'll visit after the change. Maybe it will be good though, I can update later. This place was great, sad to see a decline because of the pandemic or other issues :( If you have the money, it's a good place to support!“

“I have eaten at Toulouse Petit many times. It is my husband and I's favorite spot. We have tried many items on the menus and have never walked away unsatisfied. The food is always amazing, the service is kind, and it’s just a place I love coming back to. If you’ve never been, you should definitely check it out. It’s one of Seattle’s best.“
“I ordered the crispy/spicy and had the best lunch I have had in months! The size and quality of the chicken is fantastic along with the flavor. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this food truck....“

“Sat for 25 minutes without any server acknowledging (giving a menu, smiling, nothing) our table of 5 right in the middle of the bar. Very rude and could have been a very nice tip. Also, if you waited at the bar for a drink the bartender told you to take a seat at a table and wait for a server...ha! Ya right!“

“It's the location the People, the beauty of the property and did we mention the PEOPLE, who go above and beyond and that's rare these days. We have business in Seattle on occasion and Love the Fairmont Olympic. This Classy Spot reminds us of what upscale but not pretentious is supposed to be. We will be back in town my wife to do her KING5 Segment and hope they can accommodate us.“
“Delicious food, great presentation, great atmosphere, great people, great mission. We had the chorizo potato & egg burrito, the sausage egg & cheese sandwich, creamy tomato soup with exquisite bread and honey butter, and chocolate croissant — everything better than the last. Definitely coming back.“

“Reubens brews has a food truck outside called Reubens Eats. It has a short menu, prices are a bit high and portions are a bit small. The taste is good although it takes a while for food to come out sometimes (even when it's not busy). It's nice to have the option there most of the time.“

“We stayed at the State hotel and enjoyed dinner at Ben paris the first night, brunch at Ben Paris on the second morning and drinks and appetizers on our final night. Every meal we ate was top notch! The burger w/ caramalized onions and the braised beef rib were amazing! The drinks were STRONG and anyone who knows me knows I love a GOOD STRONG drink. 🍸The brunch was also one of THE BEST BRUNCH PLATES I have ever had. The whole atmosphere of the restraunt is very nice and cozy. I noticed They got VERY BUSY for dinner on a random Tuesday night so that says ALOT about how good the food is.“

“Food has always been very good and the seafood is fresh. I usually do the lobster rolls, but I opted for the lobster salad this time, which still had a good portion of lobster. The clam chowder is tasty and full of clam bits but was a little runny and not as thick as I wouldve liked. The interior restaurant is a nice option if the weather is bad, while the outdoor window service and seating are great during the hot summer days.“

“Quiet Wednesday night dinner. RW was fairly busy, but we probably didn't need reservations. Green River drink was a delicious suggestion from the waiter. We had the Fontina as an appetizer and it was a good calorie splurge. We split the chef's plate for dinner and it was just enough for two of us and let us get a mix of meat and sides. Hadn't been here since pre-Covid and it was just as good as I remembered. One star off atmosphere because we were seated way in the tight back corner, and the place was almost empty when they seated someone right next to us.“

“Solid brunch experience with delicious food and reasonable (by Seattle standards) prices. The menu features classic dishes with fresh, local ingredients, and our meals were well-prepared and flavorful.
We got an omelette, pork schnitzel, and cornmeal pancake. It was all very good!
However, our experience was slightly dampened (literally!) by the weather. Due to limited indoor seating, we were seated outside on a chilly and rainy Seattle morning. While the covered patio offered some protection and the heater offered some warmth, it was still quite cold, which detracted from the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the meal. At least the coffee was hot!
Despite the less-than-ideal weather conditions, the quality of the food and service at Harry's Fine Foods makes it a worthwhile dining destination. Just remember to dress warmly and hope for sunshine!“
