Cool combination of bar/restaurant/butcher shop. Joel the owner is the goods.
This is one of the few places I've been where I wish there was a sixth star to rate. Amazing beer list, cocktails designed by the owners which are fabulous, an some of the best food in Seattle.

It is a favorite place to celebrate, with spectacular cocktails and excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Quality cuts of meat are prepared with understated precision and are always consistent. Do not skip the tartare, the charcuterie board, or the mushrooms.
