Cool combination of bar/restaurant/butcher shop. Joel the owner is the goods.
This is one of the few places I've been where I wish there was a sixth star to rate. Amazing beer list, cocktails designed by the owners which are fabulous, an some of the best food in Seattle.

The Shambles is a restaurant that offers delicious food and a welcoming environment. Known as an unpretentious steakhouse, it has quickly become a hidden gem in the Mapleleaf area of town. The steaks are highly praised, with options like Wagyu bavette and Denver that leave a lasting impression. The standard sides, such as roasted radishes, smashed potatoes, and even the greens and mushrooms, elevate the dining experience. The ambience is excellent, and the menu is small but thoughtful, with zero misses on the food. It is a favorite place to celebrate, with spectacular cocktails and excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Quality cuts of meat are prepared with understated precision and are always consistent. Do not skip the tartare, the charcuterie board, or the mushrooms.
