They have an incredibly expansive selection of beer offers as well as wine and other non-spirit based alcohols.I hosted my birthday here and they comfortably accommodated 20 people to have drinks and watch football while. It is a big plus that children can be in most places of the venue space. In addition, you can either bring outside food in to dine or choose from one of the two restaurants attached to Beer Star and choose from burgers or pizza.This is a treasure in White Center.“

We were just coming from Copine next door so we didn't order any food but I bet their foods are just as tasty! I can't wait to come back for drinks and munchies. The vibes inside are just right for enjoying music, boardgames/doodling with friends or just chatting. They have beautiful garage windows that open up as a patio space where doggos are welcome to hangout as well. I personally LOVED their vinyl/fridge section and the color pencils / sketchbooks they had by the boardgames. It was a serendipitous moment to have found this bar while walking around.“

“I was looking for a warm and cozy coffee shop to get out of the rain last week in Seattle. I came across Basecamp and I'm really glad I did. I think it's one of my favorite coffee shops from an atmosphere standpoint with warm woods, cozy furniture, and all the ski gear around you makes you feel like you're sitting in a ski Lodge. It's so nice to have a place that isn't an ultra modern coffee shop, which can be very cold in their white and gray minimalistic designs. The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed a chai latte with oat milk and thought it was delicious. Try it out!“

It’s good place for a hearty lunch or dinner, a quick and cheap happy hour, a couple of drinks before a Kraken game of other event at Climate Pledge, or long night out over the weekend. They have plenty of TVs inside if you are looking to watch a sporting event. They are also the team bar for the Kraken so the place gets a little rowdy during home games. I would highly recommend the pretzel and the smash burger off of the happy hour menu.Vegetarian options: They have a ton of vegetarian options available. “Well this was my first time trying ginger beer and it was different and I think it’s an acquired taste but after a few sips I thought it was good. When I first walked in I thought there was alcohol in this drink but nope. Even better bring the whole family to try some ginger beer for a different experience. It’s super cute inside too and very inviting. The waitress was so kind to let us try a few different kinds. You can even get some to go from their nicely bottled section. It’s a big inside space with large windows that open up to the outside. Also you can order from Maono chicken that has a spot inside as well. Great chicken! Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. “Walking in West Seattle on a beautiful sunny Sunday and I ended up here. On accident? Nope, thank you Yelp for the brewery recommendations in the area. The vibe here is super cool and fun here with many choices for beer. I had a sour which was super refreshing and just the right amount of sour for a sunny day. Based on previous reviews I ordered the pretzel. My pretzel experience was not favorable. It was hard, almost stale and I had to soak it in the cheese sauce to take a bite. No problem here, perhaps it was an off day for pretzels here. The service was super friendly and the vibe excellent. Clean restrooms, open seating with loads of room. The outdoor area is huge! “I need to talk about Lopez Island Creamery, the ice cream served at Shug's. It is absolutely the best ice cream I've ever had. We built a sundae with pistachio, coconut, and earl grey flavors, with sprinkles, cherries, and whipped cream (it was meant for a 4 year old, but dad & I ate most of it!!!). The ice cream is absolutely delicious .. creamy, not at all too sweet. Perfect! The space is very cute and cozy, overall a fun experience. My husband also ordered a Guinness float because how could you not, which he loved. After doing some digging, we sadly discovered we would only be treated to Lopez Island ice cream while here in Seattle. We will dream of it when we return home to the east coast!!“

And there's an advanced level beer bottle store downstairs WITH A WALK IN COOLER! Kids are allowed. And there's a bookstore. It has a chill vibe, nice staff, excellent beer, really good tavern food, just a huge all around win. Nice outdoor seating area and its own parking lot. Ordering is cafeteria style. A few tvs, but here's the problem, and lack of 5 stars: they got DISH, with no NBC or ROOT, so no Kraken, Blazers, or Sunday night football. But 6 dart boards & 2 pool tables will keep you busy, with a nice patio in the back.“
