“One of our friends described this very Seattle brewery perfectly: You see people playing D&D while the Seahawks are playing. Beers are brewed in house! We love playing games and hanging out here. Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. I mean, how can you beat hanging out, drinking and playing board games while watching sci-fi films / Seahawks games? Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. For those who don't typically see this setup, it's kind of a big deal and helps this brewery stand out.“

Even though I could grab a free coffee made perfectly to my standard at work, I choose to come here to fully enjoy my day off. “The beer tenders are great and I love the trivia on Tuesdays. beer it's good. But, I miss some of the Cairn classics. Wish they would bring them back. Seaplane in particular. Parking is awful. they used to open up the patio area for parking during the winter. postdoc has not done this despite the fact that nobody wants a beer outside when it's raining or snowing. great place though to hang out. kid and dog friendly. Their membership program is pretty awesome too!!!!“

“Cute little pizzeria. I think it's family owned and operated. The pizza is absolutely delicious. We usually aren't huge fans of wood fired pizza, but this crust was cooked to perfection. It had a great flavor and chew and it wasn't burnt at all. We were only given our waters and never got our drinks we ordered, but there was a large family there who were monopolizing the servers time. Cool place!“

TIPS stands for To Insure Prompt Service. You are the server. Starbucks baristas provide more service. Do not feel compelled to Tip. Its just a guy at a counter that rings you up. Positive side, many choices of IPA, cider, wine, sour, and seasonal. Extremely dog friendly. Got a little tipsy.“

“Moss Bay Hall is such a great place for casual get-togethers, business meetings, or just relaxing after hours. It’s always clean, the service is kind, and the environment is fun and welcoming. If you like sports, I guess they’ve got that covered too! The owners are incredibly community-minded and do so much good in the world — you can feel it in the way the place is run. And honestly, who doesn’t love a delicious smash burger? Highly recommend“

This is my favorite bar in Capitol Hill. I come here quite frequently with friends but still spend my days daydreaming about my next visit. Playlist NEVER disappoints. It’s a new vibe everyday and I’m always dying to get the link. MAJOR Kudos. My phones wallpaper? Captain Blacks nachos. Playing cards on the deck with a beer and fist full of nachos is my happy place. Love love love love love Captain Blacks.“
