“One of our friends described this very Seattle brewery perfectly: You see people playing D&D while the Seahawks are playing. Beers are brewed in house! We love playing games and hanging out here. Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. I mean, how can you beat hanging out, drinking and playing board games while watching sci-fi films / Seahawks games? Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. For those who don't typically see this setup, it's kind of a big deal and helps this brewery stand out.“

You could host a small event, play cards with friends, or go there to watch the game. The open layout is really welcoming and suitable for all kinds of occasions. “The beer tenders are great and I love the trivia on Tuesdays. beer it's good. But, I miss some of the Cairn classics. Wish they would bring them back. Seaplane in particular. Parking is awful. they used to open up the patio area for parking during the winter. postdoc has not done this despite the fact that nobody wants a beer outside when it's raining or snowing. great place though to hang out. kid and dog friendly. “Absolutely hands down THE BEST PIZZA JOINT EVER!!!!!! I highly recommend their wood oven white mushroom pizza with a Cesear salad. It was divine for both my husband and I. It even out did Marco's Pizza and we are now more finicky in our old age about good quality food!
And to boot, they came to my rescue when phone died and let me charge it while we eat a very late dinner. Our server was wonderful and prompt, the atmosphere was quiet enough to be able to talk with our friends yet had good music from the 60s thu the 90s.“

While walking away from my dead car I realized I was in the parking lot of locust cider! Tatum made my day!!! She was kind and patient and very beautiful (inside and out!). The space has a trendy, artsy vibe, with unique seating (including swings), wall art, and a laid-back atmosphere. There are lots of games and activities, plus plenty of room, making it a great spot for big groups or company hangouts. When I visited, there was a painting class going on, which was interesting but also took over much of the space and changed the overall vibe.

The suggested tip range of 18–25%,but everything is self-service—you pour your own drinks and manage the experience yourself. So this is bit off

“Moss Bay Hall is such a great place for casual get-togethers, business meetings, or just relaxing after hours. It’s always clean, the service is kind, and the environment is fun and welcoming. If you like sports, I guess they’ve got that covered too! The owners are incredibly community-minded and do so much good in the world — you can feel it in the way the place is run. And honestly, who doesn’t love a delicious smash burger? Highly recommend“

“Came for a comedy show last night (our first time at NW Brewing) and had a blast! Cute space--gorgeous mountain mural and open layout.. noticed they had a little patio out front, as well as a cozy corner with couches. The gals working were very sweet and welcoming. Despite it having more of a brewery vibe with about 10-12 beers on tap, they also had an impressive full bar and cocktail menu; our group ordered dirty martinis, cosmo, margarita and espresso martini, which all were great!

Fun night and experience overall! Looking forward to coming back again!“

From start to finish Kimberley was very enthusiastic and friendly, and answered all my questions about things on the menu. Along with some other dishes, we ordered a pasta that was perhaps not to our taste and K was very perceptive and noticed our dissatisfaction without us saying anything. We were already impressed with her and she went even beyond this and caught us as we were leaving to apologise for the dish. We're very very impressed and haven't seen this level of service in any restaurant in the PNW, and we've been eating from Tacoma to Vancouver! For this alone, we will be back! This is my favorite bar in Capitol Hill. I come here quite frequently with friends but still spend my days daydreaming about my next visit. Playlist NEVER disappoints. It’s a new vibe everyday and I’m always dying to get the link. MAJOR Kudos. My phones wallpaper? Captain Blacks nachos. Playing cards on the deck with a beer and fist full of nachos is my happy place. Love love love love love Captain Blacks.“
