This last order I had placed was no different on their end, had an issue with a pricey package being marked as delivered and misdelivered multiple times by UPS over the course of 2 weeks, back and forth getting nowhere and Zulus customer support was so helpful all along the way. Amazing communication, we had purchased the shipping insurance and they helped to get us a replacement order via Fedex, appreciate them so much through all of that. Keep kicking butt Zulus!“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. Food is quite tasty, staff are wonderful and friendly. This isn't fancy, interior is mostly a no-frills vibe, but you will not regret getting a sandwich from these guys. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

“This place has the best curated list of beers on tap of any place in Bothell or surrounding area. I am a dark beer lover and they always have at least one good stout and porter on tap, even during the summer when the rest of the breweries and tap houses in the area, only have IPA's.“

I went on the grand opening day and just happened to be the first customer.. staff was SUPER helpful and extremely kind!! i tried half the menu short ribs, lamb chops, chicken tender and the whole chicken! everything turned out to be amazing!! the best part about all of this is all the meat is 100% Zabiha Halal Certified!!! We will be back tomorrow to try the other half!! Wish i was able to give 10 stars!!!“

“This so the third Stone restaurant we’ve tried in the area. Great food at all locations. The menus are different depending on which one you go to. This one seems to have more traditional dishes but all flavorful, well cooked and good portions. The seafood pancake was the best one I’ve tried, though the dipping sauce was kinda plain.“

“I am not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience and defend the staff here.
My husband and I came in yesterday to watch the USA game. The servers were doing a great job handling what was clearly a busy environment. Unfortunately, I witnessed what appeared to be an owner publicly berating staff and abusing their authority. One server, in particular, went from being happy, friendly, and attentive to visibly upset after the interaction.
A short time later, a woman who we later learned was the General Manager arrived. The difference in leadership was immediately noticeable. She stepped in, brought calmness and professionalism to the situation, and helped redirect the focus back to the customers and staff. It was clear that the team responded positively to her approach, while the owner returned to socializing with friends.
I want to commend the female staff members and the General Manager for maintaining their professionalism under what appeared to be a very difficult and toxic management situation. They handled themselves with grace and continued providing excellent service despite the circumstances.
The staff deserve recognition for their hard work and resilience.“

“We sat outside and it was lovely. Beautiful setting. The chairs and tables could be upgraded. They were metal and the seats here hard. No cushions. We didn't have a waitress and sat for awhile and had to ask for water and finally a sweet gal said she would take care of us as our waitress was too busy. Food was ok. Brussel sprouts excellent. My salmon was undercooked and barely warm in the middle. They recooked but by the time I got it everyone was done. Dessert was amazing. Overall it was ok - atmosphere lovely but service and food was just good.“

“Came here with the family while visiting Seattle and am so grateful we did. This is one of those places where you can’t go wrong ordering anything off the menu. The beers/cocktails were great, but the star of the show was the brussel sprout starter. We’d come back everyday for those if we could. Overall an incredible place for dinner and drinks. Atmosphere is very cozy with the dim lighting, pretty tavern design, and huge fireplace. Definitely would return!“
