“This place was so epic if you love Thai Tea and UBE. It’s a small little spot that you walk up to order from a kiosk. They had SO many variations of Thai tea; floats, ice creams, desserts and other mixes. I was literally in heaven! I loved that I could choose a green Thai tea with Thai tea ice cream float. I placed my order and got it within minutes so they worked super fast! There is a small seating area outside and I could totally see this place getting very busy. This was a perfect stop to satisfy my caffeine and dessert cravings! Such a unique place and we need more of them!“

Since it was our first time, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and suggesting items for us to try. The mango was delicious, and the puddings are silky smooth—not too sweet and packed with natural coconut flavor. Everything feels very authentic and high-quality. Their specialty drinks are the highlight, with unique options like a sweet corn latte. We tried the coconut and black sesame lattes. Both had strong coffee flavor and leaned a bit bitter, but still good.

The strawberry croffle was delicious, and the ham and cheese piadina was solid. Service was quick. Parking is a bit annoying with mostly street options.

This is primarily a drive-through place so your wait time really depends on traffic. That said it is very much worth the wait when there is one.“

Sushi is usually okay, but when it comes to other Japanese food, the only place we’ve consistently liked is Kizuki Ramen—and even there, only the ramen and karaage stand out. It’s been hard to find a place where you can enjoy a variety of authentic Japanese dishes at a reasonable price and with great quality.
