The food is the real attraction though, ESPECIALLY on Sundays when the offer their special 18" New York Style pizza which I can say is on par if not better than some of the best NY Style Pizzas that even NY City offers!!!“

“One of my favorite coffee shops! The latte is always delicious, and everyone here is so friendly. I used to study at the nearby library and would come here for a latte whenever I needed a break. Such a cozy place with lots of good memories for me. And here’s a little secret — they also have one of my favorite books, Spirited Away. That makes this place even more special to me. “This has recently become my go-to coffee shop.They open quite early, so I don't have to second guess whether they are open when I want to get coffee in the morning.The coffee is decent, it's the same as at other locations, so there's not really much to say about that.The people working at the counter seem to be friendly and polite. They always get my order right. I have experienced at other coffee places that sometimes during rush hours, it might be difficult to do that.“

“I was in Redmond for work and made sure to stop here! We tried a crepe and I had the banana pudding matcha. The matcha was really nice and strong, while the banana pudding was delicious! I wish I had the chance to buy their matcha powder when I was there because it was great. It is a bit hard to get a seat while it is busy, but there is outdoor seating which we used. If I were back in Redmond, I would definitely come back!“

“Very good experience!! The waiter and waitresses and staff were so friendly, very welcoming and very helpful with menu choices.

I really enjoyed the soft tofu soup. My choice of protein was mackerel.. the kind waiter offered everyone a small person of this as an appetizer on the house!!

“This Five Guys is special because of the crew who works there. I used to DoorDash off and on and got to know them through that lens as well. Just a tremendous crew all around. Jaird and Pilar remember me no matter how long its been since I've seen them, and I'm greeted like an old friend. Even when the AC in the store went out last summer, they all worked through the heat and the food and service didn't suffer. 100% the best Five Guys crew on the Eastside!! Thanks you guys!!“

The staff are the BEST! They always greet me by name, with a warm smile, and with genuine curiosity to know me as a person. I love talking to them and getting to know them too. I've known Arlene, Siobhan and Emma forever and they are a special part of my life.

I work nearby and come in here whenever I'm having a tough day. I always leave happy and refreshed from the people who work here and the positive energy they give.

I also want to give a shout out to Arlene, who is an incredibly inspiring manager. She models *excellent* relationship-building to her staff, both in how she treats them and how they see her treat all the customers. I am a manager too, and have learned a lot of valuable lessons by watching how she works.“

“I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, so I think it may depend on the day you visit. I went on a Saturday, and there was a man and a young girl working. The customer service was great—I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help when I was looking into the cake fridge. The ice cream cake is always so good. I got the 6” Oreo ice cream and it was delish!! Thank you again for the two working early Saturday! My boyfriend was really happy!“

“This amazing woman today gave me the greatest service! She made sure got exactly what I wanted and made sure we were happy w/ both meals. We come here a lot, and the staff and the food is excellent! I also use this location for catering, and the client went on and on and on about the food! Every time I come in, I ask one of the staff members to make me something they would like, and I get the best meals made for me amazing men and women! The manager even spent time talking to me about how she trained the staff and picks the staff from the top down a great location with great food!“

“Top tier establishment! This may be the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, despite the outside looking older. They’ve made some great renovations. Customer service was top notch as the workers were extremely nice and demonstrated high standards for ensuring food safety/quality.

Even though this was a late night order, the food served was outstanding, it tasted fresh and delicious.
