Down pour is close to my house and I frequent it weekly. The coffee is decent but the service is not very friendly. Today for instance I ordered a triple shot latte and I think they by mistake made a regular. When I asked them about it, mentioning that the coffee is weak they suggested I buy another shot.
First time customer. Who doesn't enjoy supporting a local coffee shop. Conveniently located near the Bridal Trails Park. This was during covid so walkup ordering: good set up. I didn't see a list of syrups so I asked the person attending to me and he listed off a few but then stopped and said they had a lot. Well no list, and I am socially distanced from the coffee bar it would have been helpful to have been told a more complete list.

It will be sad to have an empty shop here if they don't make it through the shutdowns. But it will be well deserved. They refused to outdoor serve anyone without a Down Pour approved mask. Medical Exemptions are told it's not possible. It must be nice to be perfect with no health issues. Not Inclusive.
