Love the banh mi from here! Also when they cater, they pack this to the side in a totally separate bag so nothing touches.

I had been craving a banh mi and while this is not a traditional banh mi, my craving was fulfilled. There is also a great variety of lemonades. I recommend the mint pomegranate one!

We went to this location in Redmond town center skeptical about eating at a regional chain restaurant. Were we ever surprised! The setting was spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were hard-working and eager to answer any questions, particularly about making vegan adjustments. In fact, the menu offered suggestions to make entrées vegan.

Mendocino Farms is a favorite fast casual restaurant, known as a great place to chill. It offers good food at reasonable prices, with ingredients that are clearly fresh, high quality, and have a healthier spin. The menu has a little something for everybody, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and carnivore options.
Many guests enjoy the amazing sandwich combo, which includes half a sandwich and a cup of soup or a side. Popular items include the verde chicken, the kale apple salad, and the not-so-fried chicken.
