“We went to this location in Redmond town center skeptical about eating at a regional chain restaurant. Were we ever surprised! The setting was spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were hard-working and eager to answer any questions, particularly about making vegan adjustments. In fact, the menu offered suggestions to make entrées vegan. We arrive just before the start of the lunch shift; the place was empty. By the time we left, the place was packed and a line had formed at the order encounter. We were wowed by the avocado quinoa salad with tofu added on as well as the crispy salad with tofu added on. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried the vegan oatmeal cookies; even the carnivores in our group enjoyed these.“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

“I love this place. The food is always fresh with well balanced flavors, with lots of options depending on the flavor palette and proteins you are looking for. The value is excellent, with generous portions of protein in all my go-to entrees. I love the sushi burritos and poke bowls, especially.

I went on the grand opening day and just happened to be the first customer.. staff was SUPER helpful and extremely kind!! i tried half the menu short ribs, lamb chops, chicken tender and the whole chicken! everything turned out to be amazing!! the best part about all of this is all the meat is 100% Zabiha Halal Certified!!! Our server for some reason insisted on pouring more coffee for my dad and more water for me, but other than that the food came in about 20 minutes and the music was also a good choice. “Really good steak bowls and avocado toast!

They have good smoothies but they are expensive (like $15) - the cool thing is if you sign up for rewards you get a reward every time you buy something!

Reward I’ve received - 50% off smoothie, free avacado toast, free tomato bagel, 50% off a latte…

Their coffee is pretty good too.

If you get the steak bowls I’d recommend asking for the lemon capers sauce on the side as an extra and also add some salt on the steak to bring out a bit more flavor, also careful with their salt grinder it’s automatic and really cool just don’t over salt!

Would recommend this place especially if you are looking for a clean meal. ( no seed oils etc..)

Also, their pesto sauce is dairy free FYI
