“I've said many time teriyaki ain't my bag, but it's close to Chinese and with the lack of Chinese restaurants sometimes you have to compromise. The reviews for this place are near flawless , so I decided to give them a try. This place is off 3rd, and for anyone that drives third, you know traffic is thick and you are trying to find a lane to get through and not get caught by a light. So in the decades I've live here, I've never seen this place because 3rd is one way and no one has time to be checking their review view. Tiny spot, but clean and modern. I got a lunch special and asked for soup. The girl didn't charge me for soup, so either I got lucky, or they just don't advertise it. Miso was delicious and the food came pretty quick after. I had chicken an gyoza, it came with a couple small scoops of rice and salad. The salad was pretty sad, without a doubt the weakest side salad I've been served. No veggies, just lettuce and the dressing was watered down. I like places that serve a sesame ginger dressing, it really wakes up your taste-buds. The gyoza was really good. I would have likes it steamed and fried better than deep fried, but everyone is lazy these days. The chicken could have been a little more flavorful and moist, but it wasn't horrible. I'm going to assume they make their own sauce, It wasn't too sweet, but it had a different flavor. In the end, this place is better than the average spot, but it's not life changing and that what the current score eludes to. I think this place is a 3, leaning towards 3.5, but since Yelp doesn't allow half ratings, I rounded up because service was so good. That said, I'll probably come back to try the Chinese dishes. And I don't regret coming in today.“
“Service was beyond exceptional! Branddie, I don't know if I got her name right, made us feel home with her warm smile and kind demeanor. She is making sure every single customer is taken care of. She is one of a kind!Parking: Plenty of parking and each one is wide.Kid-friendliness: My daughter feels comfy and happy while there.“
“Ordered via panera app and had an amazingly seamless experience while picking up. It was a bulk order for around 10 of us and all the customizations were made properly. However the markings weren’t good enough and we had to spent a lot of time figuring out which one is what. Taste was as same as all Paneras.“
“This sandwich shop is way too underrated! I've only heard of this place just recently, but I've never had such a delectable sandwich! Not only do they make such delicious sandwiches specially made for each customer, but the atmosphere in the sandwich shop almost makes you wanna stay and order to your hearts content. What's more is their own brand name hot peppers! They are such a delight I can't explain enough how much of a wonderful time I had here! Definitely coming here regularly! And I cannot explain how much I was surprised that after I was done taking these pictures..? My boyfriend had already ate his whole sandwich ? #GreatVibesOnly“
“I’m a believer in poke bowls again after trying the poke bowl from here.It has been a couple of years since I’d last had a poke bowl since they usually all taste kinda the same, aren’t very filling and just generally aren’t so fresh.I placed a pickup order through Google and it was ready super quick. The order was ready when I got there, seamless experience. The poke bowl was mad tasty. I built my own and the best part is they don’t hold back on ingredients. Two bases and two proteins and unlimited toppings. Avocado was only $0.50 extra, which is unheard of. The salmon and seared tuna ahi were both super fresh and the mix of ingredients and combo of soft and crunch was top. ?“
“We went to Nicks’s for dinner Saturday night. Food, service, ambiance all great. You can tell they really care about doing things well. We had so much fun. And everyone was so nice. Highly recommend going here. We plan to go back many times.“
“"These Carrots are like perfectly sliced down the middle"...I learned from the best, she taught me everything vegetal, green, seasonal, especially the nonsensible light of day...La Padrona in the Alley, her Pink Door.Soft they were yet not to where the root flavors are boiled or burnt off, we're in the stratosphere of cook knows his vegetable do's, Italian or not, someone back there has an understanding. You decide, was their texture left for your knife or jaws? Both were fine by the cookery, serration of a knife no affront through to the bottom or the underlying plate, no curse and scratch or chop when carrots are cooked like this I insist to my owner's manual, "Elbows on vaneer, fingertips and suffering no rules"... or etiquettes, unbound, I eat them same as pulled from the ground, space out in earthly romance, index and thumb...slow like frog's legs. So I was then just felt like the I want to be both here and disappear...into the brights and hinges of a hanging chandelier...Okay then...some nuts, pine I think I recall added a brute bitter to play with the coaxed sweetness yellow, white, purple, orange, green heirloom almost a fruit when given the right chase. Drops of whipped ricotta and lemon the struts n' accenture here... just barely enough...foment the regularity of root and dust.I only had veggies and wine with Cora and I was happy, that's what I wanted. I ate some delicious greens, hydrating, sprite and stewed...a kick spicy and a tart charm, again hydratingly healthy and robust with fueling energies. The place is clean and dust free, moistened table woods and overheads, glass, utensil, plate, reflections all around, spotless and shining...Every place set, equidistant, held and thought of.The host was server, I am so sorry young lady, I have forgotten your name. I apologize and your timing and your intent said much about the owner...Kelly, she has a smile like a three part summer's day and was completely sincere, I think that was the most amazing thing was Kelly's resilience and hospitality. We talked and it's a hard few years in the restaurant business. She's a wonderful soul with gift's genuine and loving. I felt happy she was very savvy, has a ton of confidence, a beautiful timelessness that's brave and near.Cora is very nice but doesn't lose itself in itself, it's ultimately delightful for any occasion, few, a long table of ten or just one as myself when I went... it's all the same, that's real talent when it's like that. You should go, don't hesitate. They are all so present.Thank you all...~Terrence“
“Walked in on Tuesday at 5:30pm and snagged the last free table! I saw a line form right after so I'd recommend you go near the opening time (if you're worried about the wait). Atmosphere was cozy and our server was very personable. Parking in the neighborhood can be a bit difficult to find but it's free in the area! Rigatoni ($24) Red Funghi ($26) - A great vegan option! I would get this again.“
“This place is amazing! I come from a Mediterranean family and this tastes like my mom's cooking. Best falafel I've had in a very long time! Crispy outside. Moist inside. Not that dry crumbly stuff you get most places. The shawarma chicken wrap is amazing too. It's grilled so the outside is just a little crisp. Not traditional, but very good nonetheless.“
“This place is worth traveling from Seattle. The food is absolutly amazing. The service is friendly. The ambience is like somebody teleported you to some small city in Israel. I had a schitzel in a plate, served with spicy harissa, hummus and a pitta bread. It was delicious and very well presented. I noticed some comments about the pricing. The restaurant serves glat kosher meat and home made food. That is expensive (e.g. a package of frozen kosher burgers in grocery store is 2x higher than a non-kosher alternative.)“
