“When I still worked days, I would stop in almost daily for either breakfast or lunch ever since they opened. Their food is always delicious, and you can tell that it was made with care. I have never once had anything from their menu I didn't enjoy. The owner, Young, is such a kind and sweet individual. Always happy to greet everyone who comes through the door with a big smile and a warm welcome. Her son is also a great person. Carries the same energy, and they are always working very hard whether the order is big or small. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only for the food, but also for the friendly and welcoming service.“

“I’ve always had good service at Panera. Thursday night went in to place an order to pick up on Friday morning. Was told needed to do it on-line, okay. Placed an ordered for a couple of sandwiches was asked if I had a Panera card. Explained that my wallet was stolen with my card in it. She gave me a new card to activate online. The only problem I only have on email address could not activate the card because the email was taken. Of course it was. Placed my ordered to pick up Friday morning. Received a text message that my ordered was ready. Well arrived at Panera and NO order. Mary the person working the counter said did you look in the rapid order place, I did. Went to get the person in charge they found my order and started working on it. Why did I get a text message it was ready. I started to explain to Mary about my Panera card situation she said “I don’t get involved in any of the card situation “. Pretty much blew me off. Not a good start to my day.“

“I stopped in before my flight because this pace looked nice, not busy and friendly. it was all three. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was delicious and my coffee very hot and tasty. The man who waited on me was very pleasant and I didn't feel rushed to hurry off to my gate. I would eat here again.“

“I’ve been coming to Sushi Omiya every 1–2 weeks for a long time, and the food is consistently good, the quality has always been there, and the staff is normally very friendly. I’ve honestly never had an issue until today.

I regularly special-order two salmon skin rolls and a salmon skin hand roll through their QR ordering system. Today I placed my usual order to table T6, got the confirmation, and even watched the order print out on the little receipt machine next to me. After 20 minutes, nothing arrived. So I ordered it again. Same confirmation, same receipt printing out. Another 20 minutes passed and still nothing.

During those 40 minutes, nobody stopped by the table to check on me, so eventually I gave up and decided to leave.

What disappointed me more than not getting the food was the response when I mentioned it on the way out. Instead of simply saying, “Sorry about that,” I was first asked if I was sure I had ordered it. Then I was told maybe the internet was down—even though I literally watched both orders print out and other customers were receiving their special orders. Finally, I was told that I should have let them know.

Well, I did let them know—twice, through the ordering system they provide. I don’t think a customer should have to leave their seat and track someone down because an order hasn’t arrived.

Mistakes happen. Maybe they were out of salmon skin, maybe the kitchen missed the tickets, or maybe something else happened. No big deal. But when something does go wrong, the first response should be an apology and an attempt to make it right—not finding different ways to suggest the customer did something wrong.

I’m still a regular customer and I’ll be back because this was definitely the exception, not the rule. The food has always been good and normally so is the service. My suggestion is simple: when you miss one, just own it and take care of your customer.

They have vegetarian options but unfortunately some sauces like the pad thai sauce, is pretty made and contains fish sauce. So may be less veggie options than you would expect at most Thai restaurants.“

“These subs taste amazing. At first, I questioned why the price was a little high, but after tasting it, I see why. The bread is amazing, and the flavor altogether is fantastic. My wife and I were watching the gentleman make the subs behind the counter, and he looked very focused and made them with precision. “A retiring neurodivergent lady had her birthday when we visited, she is very loved, the food is delicious and I must say that the lemonade is the biggest happy rave I can express aside from I love their chicken sammichs! LOL finally some great food and the drink is highly sought after! It's hard to not get fake and cheaper quality of lemonade, but once you taste this? You never wanna go back! “Lucky Louie Fish Shack has become a must-have stop before every flight we take out of Sea-Tac International Airport. You can't go wrong with their four-piece wild salmon fish and chips. This takeout restaurant probably provides the best and highest-quality food that Sea-Tac Airport has to offer. If you get a meal here, you will not be disappointed. Airport food is notoriously overpriced; however, I feel that with this establishment, you will most definitely get your money's worth.

For a takeout establishment, they offer a decent menu selection that pays tribute to the wonderful cuisine the waters of the Pacific Northwest have to offer.

If you need a recommendation, I would highly recommend their staple dish: the wild salmon fish and chips. The French fries are perfectly crispy and salted, and their wild salmon is perfectly battered and flaky.

If I could make just one suggestion to the establishment, it would be that my husband and I have noticed that the salmon pieces seem to be getting smaller. We understand that salmon isn't cheap, but it's a little sad when we see that we've received smaller pieces of salmon when picking up what has become one of our favorite meals.“

“This was my second time here.when I arrived the place was empty which is always a plus for me. My order was taken right away, there was no wait. The person who took my order was so attentive, kind, and professional. I appreciated that he put on just the right amount of red sauce, cheese, vegetables and meat. I also appreciated that it was cooked for just the right amount of time. The mushrooms and meat where not under cooked. As a added plus I was given a discount due to the type of work I do in the medical field. It was under $20 dollars, so that i was able to leave a larger cash tip. Also I love their Marion Berry Tea. I recommend this place highly. There are not many places you can build your own pizza with a variety of ingredients for such a good price. I got my 11 inch pizza and small drink for under $18. I recommend this place very highly.
