Employees were super attentive & good attitude
We got the $35 family meal box for 4 but it ended up costing us $55 with the addition of a single drink and a few $1 upcharges. Our fries were all cold and my chicken burger wasn't cooked all the way so I ended up not eating it. My onion rings were sitting in a pile of grease. My family's burgers were apparently not very flavorful either but I didn't want to deal with the cashier again after requesting fresh fries, as he had been a bit condescending. Disappointing :(

Habit Burger & Grill is a restaurant with decent, affordable burgers, like the regular char burger. The food is decent and good, and comes out quick. The location is easy to find. The restaurant is usually clean. The staff, cashier, and crew are SO FRIENDLY and wonderful. The service is wonderful and decent. Many note the burger is the best and they love it, recommending others try it. Some mention a great deal through the app for a free burger with a soda. A few criticisms note the fries portion has gotten much smaller, and sometimes a burger patty may not overlap the bun or be stuck to the grill. Overall, it is viewed as better than other fast food places.
