So I had ordered a pizza and then the Dasher who delivered it was a nightmare, knew I was paying with cash and showed up with no change so had to either not take the pizzas or give him a $14 tip on a $26 order. He's a scumbag loser. But he is not a Pizza Hut employee and is not affiliated with them. On the 22nd I had a really bad customer experience with this location. However, the GM got ahold of me to apologize and make up for the incident. The GM was dedicated to great customer service. I feel the situation was resolved and I would feel confident to order from them again. Anytime we decide to order Pizza Hut, we always choose this location as the food is made exactly to order, and is always hot/fresh when we pick it up. The customer service has always been great as everyone we’ve interacted with is nice and polite. Really happy to a go-to location like this. Thank you!
