“Love that they have vegan meats along with vegan cheese. Pizzas were great and even my non-pizza loving spouse said it was the best vegan pizza he’s had. Vegan garlic naan was amazing as well. Next time we want to try the vegan wings. Note this place is takeout only. But we ordered through the website and got 20% off. Updated from previous review on 2026-09-03“

“I've had them twice now and Rich's seriously has THE BEST gluten free pizza, hands down. I'm afraid it's made the gritty, tough pre-made crusts that Domino's and some of the other chain places use nearly unpalatable. The wings are great, too!“

“Claire, Derek, Parker and Josh made my experience amazing ! I came in frustrated and in a bad mood due to someone cutting me off before arriving but the individuals changed that around ! They were amazing and made me laugh and smile so much that I didn’t want to leave . People like them are the reason why I will drive 10 min extra to go to this specific store .. “Great pizza and good deals always! The staff at this location is super friendly and the food comes out quick. My order was ready for pick up in 15 minute on a Friday night. I wish the pepperoni pizza had a ~bit~ more red sauce on it, but aside from that, the everything was great!“

“Quality in workmanship really does shine through to the very last customer. I walked in about 8 minutes from closing and never felt like an inconvenience or anything. The whole crew was very welcoming and the pizza I received was the most beautiful pizza I had ever seen, including ots intoxicating aroma. “Great place but it can get busy. I have another location near my home but they tend to close early due to staff shortage and end up at this location, always open on the hours displayed. Be prepared especially during the weekends, this place it's busy and it can take a little longer than usual but will be worth it.“
