“Claire, Derek, Parker and Josh made my experience amazing ! I came in frustrated and in a bad mood due to someone cutting me off before arriving but the individuals changed that around ! They were amazing and made me laugh and smile so much that I didn’t want to leave . People like them are the reason why I will drive 10 min extra to go to this specific store .. I forgot my wallet with cash & credit cards in it on the counter and I didn't catch her name, but one of the employees turned it in with everything in it. “Coorperate needs to recognize the gentleman that works the drivethrough in the mornings. Specifically on 6/20/26. He has been there for a while now, he is great with customers! I go there often as I work close by and 1- they always get it right but 2- and more importantly , that gentleman is so nice, respectful and sincere. You dont find customer service like that often at all and it is so refreshing. I order from taco bell over the other ones on my way in not because its in my works lot but because I know it will be right and I know the vibe he gives off starts my morning off right Please give this man a raise.“

“It was a drive thru experience, and I don't get to go to Arby's very often with the lack of locations in King County, but the quality in this location in Kent, WA is just as good as I remember, and food was well prepared. It was also presented fast, efficient (for service and payment), and most of all, HOT and FRESH!

“Kind of expensive diner type food but good stuff. I particularly like thier chili cheese tots, thier mozzarella sticks,and thier soft pretzels with cheese sauce. They also have some good popcorn chicken and sometimes do corn dogs for a dollar during certain occasions. Always go for happy hour otherwise you will be satisfied with the food but mad about the prices especially when it comes to drinks . We got a medium powered with fresh cherries,a order of onion rings and a soft pretzel all to share and it was 17.00 . To me that is alot for basically one meal but dont get me wrong the food was good. The powerade was nice and cold and mixed properly,the cherries were sweet,the pretzel was hot and fresh and the onion rings were crispy and perfectly flavored“

“This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I cannot begin to describe the euphoric elation upon my first bite into my lovely quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were hot and crispy. The coke was zero. My kids kicking my back seat as I made the trek to the mountain but I remained unbothered for I was at the edge of perceptual reality itself: the fries were salted by a shaman or wise elder. I'm not even kidding: the bag was folded as if by machine. Perfect creases. The chicken mcnuggets had one of every shape and were freshly crisped. The crunch followed by the juicy tender white meat had no need for sauce. Much like a fry's imperfections can be masked by catsup, all manner of unholiness can be baptized with bbq sauce and be remade anew. The chicken nuggets were without original sin and I left the sauce forsaken. This was a singular experience. I do not hate McDonald's and it is rarely my first choice but as far as finding God in the drive thru, I may never see his divine face again but I will remember it forever or drive myself crazy chasing the memory.“

“more than once now tried to stop in and eat and the line for the window was 12+ cars deep and they had closed the dine in early. clearly says seating open 10am-10pm every day. yet second time I've tried to stop in before 8pm and they were locked and ignoring people. 10/10 will avoid this location in the future. there is one closer to work I'll stop at on the way home if I want it that bad. I won't. enjoying a delicious roast beef from arby's. better than sitting in that line for 25 minutes“

I came into this location on January 23rd, close to closing time right after being lied to at the Renton location (they made my order wrong when I asked for an Unwitch, but then “Ran out” when I told them my order was wrong - leaving me empty handed).

The staff you have took me in sooo close to closing (which I know is the worst, I’ve worked similar jobs). They treated me amazing and delivered the same operational excellence I can typically expect!“

“Parker and Mello went above and beyond. They had some supply issues and a mix-up with my order yesterday, but they completely turned it around today. When I came back, they were both so kind and honest. I told them I’d purchase a salad since they were nice enough to redo my pizza without a charge. They were excellent. On top of their amazing attitude and great food, they even gave me a bowl so I could offer water to my service dog in training. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful crew.
