Arby's in Covington offers a clean environment with friendly staff. The location near the Amazon fulfillment center has ample parking. The store is well-maintained, with clean lobby, floors, and restroom. The food quality is good, with delicious options like mozarella sticks and a tasty smoke brisket sandwich. However, there were some inconsistencies in service speed and food temperature in some instances. Overall, a positive experience with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.
