“Some friends invited us to dinner and from the moment we entered the aromas had our mouths water. Tasty pasta dishes and wonderful desserts. I had the lemon cheesecake and if you like lemon you won’t be disappointed. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake gave the Cheesecake Factory a run for the money!!“

“I came here on a Saturday evening to have dinner with my husband and I was surprised to see it empty based on reviews. We ordered a variety and had prompt service from the nicest woman. She was very attentive and even gave us a free appetizer. The food was some of the best Chinese food I've had. The location looks a bit worn down but the interior is very clean and put together. I would recommend to everyone i know. You can't judge by the exterior. It's great food and great atmosphere!“

“Located behind the Pantherlake Library, this place has been in business for many years.

Solid pho with a light yet flavorful broth. I love the meat options and quantity in the combo pho, my favorite being the meatball. The portion of broth and noodle is rather small for $15. I recommend the Large size if you are hungry.“

“This is a great place for coffee. Even with all the construction going on, it’s worth the stop. If you want to skip some of the road delays, the Planet Fitness parking lot connects around to the back side, and you can access it from East Valley. That’s been working for me.

The atmosphere is perfect for the start of my workday, and the coffee is consistently good. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and the taste is steady day after day.

Kayla is an awesome person, and apparently she’s working on her comedy career. At least, that’s what I told her I was going to say. Just ask her for a dad joke and see what happens.

“Stopped here to find a lotus energy drink and got lucky!!! They had a few options to choose from and all sounded very tasty! I got the "Glow Up" Coconut, Blue Raspberry, Blue Lotus Energy Drink with Coconut Milk! Tasted very good!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, lots of tables and chairs. Relaxing, chill space. Lots of cider drinks to choose from as well as some food options. Very clean and tidy and would go here again if I'm in the area!“

I have never once had anything from their menu I didn't enjoy. The owner, Young, is such a kind and sweet individual. “Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. “My favorite burrito in Washington State, the Hildago Shrimp Burrito! Big juicy shrimp, smothered in spicy creamy habanero sauce. Honorable mentions to the breakfast burrito, the California burrito and the fish burrito. The downside is that it’s in a parking lot of gas station on a busy intersection but who cares, it’s that good and the people are so nice. Best kept secret in Kent.“

Recommended:
Mapo tofu (balanced numbing spice), fresh pepper stir-fried snail meat, spicy stir-fried pork kidney, shredded potato with green pepper, and chives with crispy tripe. Honestly, most of their quick stir-fry dishes are very solid.
Not recommended:
Mao xue wang, grilled fish, and boiling fish dishes — these are noticeably weaker compared to their stir-fry lineup.
If you know what to order, this is a great spot for authentic, high-heat Sichuan flavors.“

“I know this is one of our first El Pollo Loco locations in Washington so I was really excited to try them out as it is close to my job and my mom has nothing but good things to say to this place. She is also excited as she was telling me she used to go there often when she lived at California. My boyfriend and I decided to get it a try after my shift as we were pretty hungry. They have a super affordable meal deal on the app and their combos are also affordable. We ordered on a kiosk but you could order through a cashier if you wanted. I went with their bowl combo while my boyfriend got their tacos combo as well as an order of their chicken tortilla soup and a free chicken avocado taco. I tried to order on their app but not sure if there was just an error but they were also extremely busy from when we arrived and it did take some time to receive our food. Despite how busy the employees were, they never forgot to be courteous and kept a positive attitude.

Also, on the app, they don't have horchata but next to the fountain drinks, there is a horchata dispenser. The horchata is very refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness for me. When we did receive our food, it smelled amazing. My avocado chicken taco was on the colder side but not sure if that is how it is supposed to come out like that or hotter. It was still good though! The soup was comforting and absolutely my favorite and the craziest thing is I don't care for Applebee's chicken tortilla soup this was way better in terms of flavor, presentation and quality. My boyfriend really loved his tacos and I loved my bowl, I could barely eat half of it because it was stuffed! We did ask for all three salsas but when we asked for more, they gave us the same one so not sure if they ran out or just so busy that they just gave us whatever. There are plenty of tables to sit on your own or with others, we noticed there were a lot of families gathered and enjoying the family meal. It is also sweet that they offer paper plates for that meal too. Overall, it was a great first impression and we will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“Coorperate needs to recognize the gentleman that works the drivethrough in the mornings. Specifically on 6/20/26. He has been there for a while now, he is great with customers! I go there often as I work close by and 1- they always get it right but 2- and more importantly , that gentleman is so nice, respectful and sincere.
