Spicy Chong Qing Reviews
Mao Xue Wang was the best I've had. Awesome food
One of the best Sichuan restaurants in the greater Seattle area. Especially the stir-fry dishes! Delicious!
Their food is incredible. For example, the Stir-Fried Pork Liver and Kidneys (Gan Yao He Chao) and the Pork Intestines (Fei Chang) are much better prepared here than at many other restaurants.

Spicy Chong Qing is a Sichuan restaurant that serves authentic and flavorful dishes. The lamb in dried pot casserole dish is a popular choice, served with a generous portion size for two. With options like mouth-numbing chicken and cold noodles, every bite is a flavor explosion. Customers praise the restaurant's delicious soups, such as the preserved veggie pork rice noodles soup, and the generous portions of smoked duck. The green onion pancakes are also a hit. Visitors appreciate the affordable prices and casual atmosphere, describing it as a hidden gem. The restaurant offers a range of authentic Chinese dishes, including the beef noodle soup with clear broth, cumin lamb, and dry pot combination, all of which are reported to be delicious. Many customers highlight the large portions and spicy fried chicken cubes, which are highly recommended for spicy food lovers. The place, inside 99 Ranch Market, is small but busy, with quick service and a friendly vibe. Despite some inconsistencies in menu pricing, the food remains spicy and tasty, often earning high praise for its traditional flavors and great value.
