“Great little place to explore. Not sure why the gentleman in the hat has his picture in framed on the shelf. He was sitting there drinking coffee and nodding his head before disappearing when we turned our back. Coffee and all was gone. Looked for him to ask if he used to work there. Couldn't find him. I bet he had a lot of stories to tell.“
“I love this pear orchard in the middle of vashon island! All their drinks are super delicious, their space is super cozy, and all the people there are very knowledgeable. I've tried their alcoholic tasting menu in the past, which is good, but since I was driving this time, I got the non-alcoholic tasting menu which was equally as amazing. You can really taste the original flavors of the fruit. I couldn't recommend this little cidery more. It's a wonderful little hangout spot with an outdoor area that's amazing for sunbathing in the summer and chilling by the fire pit in the winter. The indoor space is also super inviting and airy. Just a super cute place to chill for a couple hours.“
“We scarfed down a couple burgers before a movie, I highly recommend eating their onion rings, I have never had onion rings that fluffy before. Almost worth a trip out to Vashon Island to try them. Also the Green Chili Burger was filling, with nice crisp fries.“
“The atmosphere was definitely one of the highlights here. Even in the cold winter night, it was tempting to have our drinks outside. The warm lighting and great seating made it feel super welcoming and that feeling doesn't go away once your inside. The staff is super friendly and there (currently) is a nice warm Christmas lighting. They let us try a few samples but they were in tiny plastic cups which I have to imagine they go through tones of. I wanted to like the beer more than I did and that's the main reason it's not five stars. The beer was fine but not worth another glass. The hazy ipa was more hoppy than hazy unfortunately and that was the best of the samples we had. Still a great place to grab a beer but Washington's bar for breweries is so high that it's hard to give a five to.“
“Outstanding atmosphere, service is always perfect, and the food is phenomenal! My gluten eating friends never complain when I ask to come here, they love it too. It’s so fun to be able to enjoy fish and chips again, they’re some of the best in the area.Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious options and they are fantastic about making recommendations for modificationsDietary restrictions: Obviously a gluten free haven but they can accommodate other dietary needs like nut free, soy free, or dairy free. They know their menu well and take great care to ensure you have something safe to eat!“
“Superb food and staff! Excellent cocktail game and I love their Moroccan wines. Brothers Khalid and Aziz are top shelf people and owners. Every time we take guests there for the first time, they love it and often say it was one of their best meals ever! Get the harissa veggie, squid Steak and tenderloin for sure. Great specials always!“
“Pretty cool beer hall offering flights, pints, growlers, cans and bottles. Prices are reasonable and they have 48 beers, seltzer, wine, kombucha and ciders on tap. Plus several refrigerators of bottles and cans. I tried a couple flights before settling in on a pint I enjoyed. Parking was challenging, think I circled the bock 5 times... 2 casual restaurant options connected inside.“
“A nice quality old school drive through, simple burger and shake place that has never failed to meet my expectations. Highly recommendParking: It can be a little tight to park as this place shares parking with the surrounding business, never had an issue though on the weekend“
“Super friendly and helpful staff & food was great! Even the doggo was invited in when it started sprinkling outside which I appreciated it :) They have lunch size pizza pies which was perfect since there were a few different flavors I wanted to try. I actually really did like the clam chowdah one - a unique option! Food takes a little while but it's because it's actually freshly made so ordering in advance and picking up wouldn't hurt if you're short on time.“
“We thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered. The scallops were excellent and my partner loved his Oyster appetizer and 1/2 chicken dinner. The service was attentive while not intrusive. I wish we'd been seated inside as the covered patio was chilly...I didn't remove my coat. I saw spots open inside so not sure why we had to sit out there. Overall though I did enjoy the experience and would go back.“
“Best tasting coffees! Pro tip: if you like a mocha, try their Medici. Doesn’t get any better than that. Pastries are all really good too and the Staffs super nice. Cozy inside with a few spots to work and then during the summer they have a few outside tables.“
“Always good to visit Puffy Pandy on a leisure afternoon to sip a Ube Latte (btw, quite a strong coffee!!) while having a Cream puff! This time I also bought a couple of boxes of cream puffs, macaroons for my friend who just moved to the area: Great soft music, atmosphere and always great team of people working. The team takes times to explain to us of what their products are and how we can customize our experience - above all, they make sure the experience is enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. Looking forward to my next visit, every time.“
“For about a week, I've been wanting sushi for dinner. I happened to be in Burien & drove by Tori Sake & Grill in a small, not fancy strip mall. Ordered miso & a couple of rolls - the Burien (quick deep fried) and a CA. Fresh, flavorful, can't wait to return with friends.“
“I’m in town for a workshop. I wanted to have some beer handy at the Airbnb so I could wind down after the day. Stopped in at Georgetown brewing Company and wow, what a cool place. Nice mix of people. The bartender made a suggestion, and let me know that the hops were Citra, I said, that was great, because I love Citra and Mosaic. Then he told me that they had a very popular beer with both of those hops in it. I had a taste and left with a four pack. And, yeah, parking was easy which is always a plus.“
“Very friendly customer service and always welcoming. This is outside seating only, but they do also have a covered area with picnic tables and a few ceiling heaters. This time around I tried their corned beef sandwich they were offering for St. Pattie’s. I wish they had this all year long it was so delicious! Like all their sandwiches, piled high with meat, with a mustard aioli. My favs at this place are their baby backs, potato salad and mac and cheese. Generous portions that last me more than a few days.“
“Came here for brunch on our way out of Seattle. Delicious food, especially the spam musubi, atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and the staff are super friendly and cool. We had to go back in and grab more musubi for the road before we left. Would definitely eat here again next time I'm in the “
“There's serious love and art in each item we've ordered. Generous servings of quality food...you can taste the skill and pride in each bite. Every element can stand on its own, the preparation of the bread, sauce, each meat, the crunch element...yum. You can taste the subtle smoke in the meat. It's definitely not BBQ, but a tasty smoked meat shop with delicious prepared options. I pick up a whole guanciale everytime I visit. It has that subtle smoke and rosemary flavor...yum. Great for carbonara. it's a small place. People are personable. Don't go if you're in a hurry or need something quick. Go when you have time to appreciate the effort, skill and love put into the prepared food options. Or go and check out some of the meat options you can purchase and prepare at home.“
“This brewery online and it fully exceeded my expectations! Their beer selection was great but their service is what sealed the deal! All the staff were super friendly and happy to serve their customers. My partner and two young kids stopped by and enjoyed a family game night in their outdoor seating, we had a great time. This place is perfect for chill friend hangouts. We will definitely be back and bringing friends next time. Looking forward to being a regular at this place.“
“Great bar food menu and surprisingly good table service. Usually bars that serve food either require you to order at the bar or have long waits. The waitress was attentive and took our orders quickly once we sat down.My friends and I shared the Brisket Nachos, Fish & Chips, Chicken Wings, and then both dessert offerings (flourless chocolate cake and fruit cobbler). One of my friend's loves the nachos, but I especially liked the coleslaw that came with the Fish & Chips and the cobbler.I've been here in the summer and their back patio is a great place to grab lunch on a sunny day. It's surprisingly private and quiet because of the surrounding fence.“
“Prestige and quality beers. They have developed a reputation for some of the best beers in Seattle, and for me the best in West Seattle. Some variety with an IPA focus. Try the lofty stouts. Really cool location with ample room for guests inside and out.“
“A super fun and dog friendly bar! Fun and creative cocktails with some wildly delicious specials. Got a goat cheese washed gin raspberry lemon honey drink that was a one of a kind treat that I wish they always had.Bartender was so friendly and nice and super welcoming to our pup. Love the space and that they allow dogs inside. Definitely coming back!“
“This little ice cream/coffee shop was definitely worth the visit. The inside is clean and the aesthetic is charming. Ordering from the touch screen was fun, allowing us to customize our flavors. There were six-nine flavors of ice cream to choose from and tons of toppings! I got the cherry blossom with rainbow sprinkles and it was unique. I felt like the ice cream was almost too sweet and the aftertaste was really sugary, but I did enjoy the soft serve texture. I would be interested in trying their other flavors in the future!“
“My son and I love to come here in on Saturday mornings after his Kung Fu class. We eat our muffins, I drink my delicious coffee, and he sips sparkling lemonade all while the live band plays relaxing music. He’s 6. And in the summers, he dances to the music in the garden. It’s heavenly.“
“Forgot to take a pic because i devoured my bahn mi right away. First time here. - I got the cold cuts sandwich. Veggies were crispy and almost vinegary enough for my kraut taste buds :P the baguette was light and crunchy as it should be! I had never had a proper cold cuts + pate Bahn mi before but the pate, oh man!! Changed my standards. I also got a condensed milk coffee which was good and strong. Always nice to find a semi affordable and quick lunch spot near work. I also appreciate them being open at 11!“
“I had a wonderful meal at Pigfish Cafe. I had a Hot Pastrami sandwich which was so so delicious. Ample pastrami with melted provolone and mayo. Also a large helping of fries. Great value, excellent service, very friendly, delicious food. Will definitely be going back.“
“We love this neighborhood gem of a shop and need to start frequenting it more often since we live nearby. They have a lot of offerings in supporting other local businesses with food trucks and selling products, and Addy’s Pet Shop treats at the counter. Service is always great, friendly and personable. Love seeing the owner there working to keep the magic going. They offer amazing quality in variety of products and really delicious to-order food options. I appreciate the affordable prices for their cafe options of hot sandwiches, soup, coffee, ice cream, compared to most places in Seattle now. Had a full lunch today with Emerald City (turkey pesto) sandwich, cup of potato leek soup, Tim’s chips and Wildwonder drink for just over $20 with tip. The sandwich was built to perfection, it did not fall apart or get messy at all. I loved the way they prepared the bread on turkey pesto, crispy outside and soft inside to hold that pesto in. I always forget to take a photo before diving in so here’s a midway shot. Excited to have another dairy-free ice cream option in the area for this sunny weather! My kid loves sitting indoors, but they have multiple nice outdoor seating options in sun and shade.“
“Cute spot, good coffee. As of 2.4.24, their system prices were all higher than their menu prices so double check your order to make sure you aren’t being over charged. I understand that it is a lot of work toChange prices. You can also update your sign first, then your system (leaving people pleasantly surprised!), not your system first, then get around to the sign (leaving me having to ask why everything was more expensive than advertised and having to have the manager fix the transaction)“
“My friends and I met up to taste here and had a lovely time. Having tasted in their Walla Walla tasting room last spring, I was familiar with the wines and so I made a point to visit the Seattle location. Bethany and Daniel took great care of us while we were there. Bethany presented the wines with perfect pacing, confidence, and overall gracious hospitality. Plus, my friends loved the wines, as did I! I'm usually not a big fan of rosé, but I loooove SOHC 2022 The Magician's Assistant! In fact, all their wines are fantastic. I'll certainly be back!“
“Great little neighborhood bar in West Seattle with a wide selection that includes a bunch of gf beers, ciders, and meads (as well as normal beers and wine). The staff is very friendly and it's a neat atmosphere. The inside is modeled after a Scottish pub. The outside is a quirky biergarten.“
“Quick service! Just walk up to the order window, place your order, and in a few minutes, your cheesesteak is ready at the pick-up window. No dine in, but there are outside tables (for a sunny day!). Once you bite into the cheesesteak, you'll forget all about the weather anyway!“
“Amazing coffee, great atmosphere, and tons to choose from for crafting your next piece! My husband and I absolutely loved it here. Got the oatmilk latte and it was so well made. They also offer spirits, ciders, and some craft beers. Service was quick and very friendly. Kelly was amazing and taught us how to begin our painting spree.“
“The donuts are perfection! AND the Owner who works there is such a nice man too. He is always kind and manages everything so well when customers are lined up salivating for these tasty donuts!! If you want to experience a fun atmosphere with a donut maker who loves making fresh delicious donuts - go here! You won’t be sorry.“
“I ordered from Lula with Uber Eats, and the experience was very nice. They were out of stock of something I ordered and did not know what to give me for one of the items (I didn't specify which option I wanted), and they contacted me to confirm. I couldn't pick up the phone, but it turns out that they did the right thing and substituted a delicious thing for the item they were out of and gave me the sensible choice for the item I didn't specify. Person on the phone was very friendly, and the drink I got (B*tch Better Have My Matcha) as well as the burrito and brookie were awesome. Great job, Lula. :)“
“I am not sure how many other things they offer. They have baked goods and good coffee. I stop by for the coffee. Next time I’ll try something else. They have a very pleasant staff that puts up with me. Peter The Wizard of the Zapata Legions of the North.... and Chicano Bee Master of the North“
“I've seen this little shop many times passing by, but the stellar reviews are what convinced me to stop in.This is definitely a venture built on love for the craft of coffee making and food service. In my short interaction I saw the kindness referenced in many review postings and the rave reviews for their espresso shakes is absolutely warranted!“
“Absolutely loved this place. Staff is exceptional and the wines are interesting and wonderful. Some of the wines I LOVED while other weren't my taste, but I appreciated each one's character and the tasting room staff knew a ton about them. I work in the bev industry and I really appreciated everything about this tasting experience! Cozy and cute — wine country tasting room vibes in the heart of the Junction. So happy I stopped in, I'm about to become a regular.“
“I hadn't been to this part of Burien for some time so was glad to see the revitalization and stopped into Logan Brewing for beer with a friend. The community is lucky to have this establishment. The local is great for a summer drive, walk, or cycle. It's fun to try their offerings, something new in a place that's changed so much. Fun to sit outside, talk, and people watch. Parking is on the street. The service was a little odd - not sure why because it wasn't busy - I'd call it disinterested, I guess. The place has potential.“
“Embark on a culinary journey at Alki Pho, where impeccable service and tantalizing flavors converge to create an unforgettable dining experience. introduced by a friend Angela H for her sister's wedding reception, I was astounded by the remarkable service and delectable dishes this hidden gem has to offer. Truly a haven for food enthusiasts!“
“This delightful dining experience took me straight back to Houston! The Caribbean Roast Sandwich and Roasted Street Corn were nothing short of celestial. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this establishment. Having spent a year in Seattle, this is the first time I've been genuinely impressed and wowed by a culinary experience!“
“One of my favorite wineries in SoDo! I made a spontaneous visit on Sunday, Feb4th to enjoy wine over a business planning meeting. Javin and team were welcoming and created a fun and inviting atmosphere! Thanks for helping take the Sunday scaries away. :)“
“This is the best coffee shop that I have found close to Seatac thus far. The espresso was excellent. They didn’t ask what size cappuccino I wanted (there’s only one size). They had excellent, gluten free pastries. Also fun, they carry boutique wines and meads!“
“This place is fun! Right now they are taking hour-long reservations on their patio and there's plenty of heaters to go around and tables are nicely spaced apart. The wine we tasted was mostly red blends, all were very good. Very reasonably priced, and the staffer did a great job explaining the wines and making it a fun experience. We even joined the wine club - which we never do after only one time at a winery. And it's a big plus that it's one of the only wineries on West Seattle Island. We used to be regulars at a few wineries in Georgetown/SoDo - that's hard now.“
“We come here all the time! Sushi is super fresh, balanced, and fairly priced. The family that runs it is incredible. Warm and inviting and happy to be there. Highly recommend the Allison roll (for their daughter Allison) and the Katsu Curry. My bf tries something new each time, but I go for the Allison roll and to steal bites of his curry. Give this local small business a shot for a perfect lowkey evening. *Can also confirm we've gotten their takeout and the sushi is just as fresh!*“
“Food is excellent but on take out orders there is too much sauce and leaks through the takeout container into the bag. Last time there was hole in the bag and the sauce dripped everywhere before I realized. Need better containers or to use less sauce.“
“Like, really wanting to love. Hoping for a bit friendlier environment and enhanced service. This is a fun place, great environment and location, especially being dog/kid friendly. Generally would like to see more generous pours. Food carts are stellar.Edited based on friendly response from owner looking to improve.“
“What a nice place to enjoy a sandwich outside by the water. My wife had the Italian sandwich & I had the chicken salad. When they came my wife said, "Oh my, we could have shared."Both were delicious. It's not a big place, so I can imagine there not being open tables.“
“Low key one of the best breweries in Seattle. Always solid beer, and it still feels like a micro-brewery despite its growth and success. The space is very chill, you’ll mostly find Starbucks corpos at a happy hour, or local bouldering gym-era post-workout. It can get a little lovely during sporting events, but the off days are relaxed. Good seating options, good for dogs, and an overall great spot.“
“Renewed my faith in Seattle Mexican food.Let's face it, Mexican food in Seattle varies greatly depending on the neighborhood. In mine, it sucks. Here, though, the flavors are fantastic, the ingredients fresh, the service wonderful. Phew!“
“Absolutely the Top Tier, Crème de la crème, BEST Cidery in all of WA State, maybe even the world. There isn't a cider from Dragonshead I've tried yet that I haven't wanted to drink the whole bottle to myself. If you're local or visiting, you HAVE to take a little day trip to the orchard's tasting room, wander the fields, swing in the hammocks, love on visiting dogs and watch the bullfrogs jumping in the pond. It's seriously, so lovely, There's also a new tasting room in town that serves food! The owner, Laura, is the sweetest human and is the kind of person who tracked down local distributors near me so I could purchase my favorite "Celebration" Cider for NYE, sparkling perry. We pop this for our wedding anniversary, New Years, and personal achievements. I'll be soo sad to ever move away from this place! Love Dragons head!“
