“I Was taking a ride around Vashon with some other people one day and happened to stop in for lunch. The burgers were delicious and fries were excellent as well! I honestly Could not have asked for a better quick affordable lunch. Also The atmosphere was American as it comes !

The only way I could see someone giving this place a bad review is not because of the food but, not being able comprehend or handle having different views and opinions from someone else.“

“Awesome service from a very friendly owner behind the counter that was more than happy to walk me through how their “pick em yourself” style menu works. Build a meal by checking off individual tabs with a pen. Very old school and very delicious.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burger. Lettuce wrap. Fries.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty vegetarian options and a gluten free bun option.

Parking: There is 5 or 6 spots out front and street parking all around.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Not a lot of space. If you want to bring in a large table of folks I’d call ahead of time to make sure they have the seating available.

“I had to share… We had the pleasure of ordering food from Burger Planet food truck today at the Ballard FC game. A lady ahead of me was vegan and was trying to figure out what to eat. The staff was patient with here, even though it was a BURGER FOOD TRUCK, and even after she ordered and paid, they worked with her to get it right. They eventually credited her money and still gave her the food. Real classy thing to do. You didn’t have to but you went above and beyond. Nicely done!!“

The eggs benedict is my new favorite thing bc I’m a brunch grrrl. The egg is a little strange, but it totally works in the overall bite. “Just tried this little gem. Excellent in all ways. They offer a variety of burgers and toppings and are inclusive of dietary preferences and needs. The haystack fries were perfect! The cost for a burger and fries was around $15, which is a great price for West Seattle. I will be back!

“I had a wonderful meal at Pigfish Cafe. I had a Hot Pastrami sandwich which was so so delicious. Ample pastrami with melted provolone and mayo. Also a large helping of fries. Great value, excellent service, very friendly, delicious food. Will definitely be going back.“

Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“I hate to be that guy but we did show up very last minute at Wendy’s. We were literally the last customers of the night ordering at the window at 12:59. However staff was still very polite as always and even had a smile on their face when we left with our food at 1:03. This is always our go to Wendy’s and I promise it won’t happen again guys.
