“A nice quality old school drive through, simple burger and shake place that has never failed to meet my expectations. Highly recommendParking: It can be a little tight to park as this place shares parking with the surrounding business, never had an issue though on the weekend“
“We popped by on a Sunday afternoon and had a lovely little lunch! The Detroit square pizza was so toasty, cheesey and had the perfect pepperonis on top. The only thing that topped it was the friendly and attentive service. I can't wait for summer so we can drink spritzes on their patio!“
“Easily some of the best pasta and flatbread pizza around Seattle. Yet to find a friend who hasn’t completely fallen in love with their food.Drinks are pretty okay, not the biggest fan of their flavors. But they got some really good ones hidden among more meh ones“
“It’s a cute little cafe with a nice outdoor patio where I’ve had the most fun hanging with my vegan friends listening to talented Jazz musicians and poets and artists of every kind! The drinks are delicious, the sandwiches are hot and melty, and they are gracious enough to allow us to reserve the space for birthdays & small get togethers as well! ❤️It’s run by really rad folks!“
“Stopped in for lunch today and ordered the Bison taco and some of the sweet fry bread with honey on it. Not exactly the same sort of fry bread tacos I'm used to from Arizona but that's perfectly alright and I knew that from looking at the menu in advance. The bread came right out of the fryer so it was warm and airy. The veggies were fresh and the bison meat was well cooked (not chewy or anything). The sauce worked really well with it too! Kind of wish I'd gotten a second one ?I'll definitely be coming back here soon!“
“Came here cuz of Kenji’s instagram post, and super hungry.First few bites were amaaazing! It tastes different your average shake shack or in n out, but still has the great beefy goodness of a smash burger. There was some ingredient in the burger that I couldn’t quite discern.Fries with their dipping sauce is also very good. My partners fish burger kind of fell apart but the flavor was there.Only thing id say is that it got a bit heavy towards the end, but that could also be because I eat slow and it got cold ?♀️“
“Heard about this place on Reddit and decided to check them out. Friendly folks working in the food truck and my order was made quickly. The burger I got was delicious, the perfectly crispy patty and the little crunchy onion straws was exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back this weekend! I didn't get a chance to stop in Rooftop brewing itself but everyone that I interacted with that worked there was very friendly and made me feel welcome.“
“I was really impressed, trying this place for the first time over the weekend! It operates as a ghost kitchen with several other food businesses. I got the BBQ burger, fries, and shake, and they were super delicious! I appreciated the flavor and seasoning from the burger, toppings, sauce, cheese, etc. I'll definitely be going back!A few small heads ups: I thought I'd get a notification that my order was ready, but you just have to come back at the recommended time from the initial confirmation email. There are a couple small tables outside and a bench across the street, so there are options you can sit and eat your food. Bathroom was out of service when I went FYI.Vegetarian options: All vegan“
“We had a fantastic meal at Duke's! The staff was extremely nice, the restaurant is super pretty, well decorated and nice view.It was the first time we had clam chowder and we loved it! Also, the rock fish tacos (or something) were fantastic, so tasty! We recommend every tries it.“
“as this was my first time trying gumbo, I'm not sure I'm fully qualified to judge this, but I'll give it a shot anywaynormally, I don't like soups, because they're mostly liquidhowever, this was less of a soup and more of a dish with a ton of sauce - due to how much stuff is in hereI loved that this bowl was completely packed with solid ingredients - so each spoonful got you a variety of different thingsthe most important thing in a soup is getting the broth right - and I have to say they pretty much nailed itthe liquid has some spice to it - which very much pleasantly surprised me, and in addition, it has great depth of flavorI found it to be probably the best part of the bowlnone of the toppings are particularly noteworthy - they're all pretty solid additionsas mentioned earlier, the amount of meat in here was pretty fantastic.I noticed chicken and sausage as being especially present throughout, and both were pretty goodthe bread was decent - I thought it could've used more toasting/crispiness and more butter - as it became a bit too softwhen dipped in the gumbothe fries were also ok - i would've loved if they were seasoned with some sort of cajun seasoning - but the sauce was goodthe price wasn't too expensive, around 15 dollars, but the portion size wasn't huge either - so it's about a wash thereOverall, good flavor with a ton of different ingredients. 8/10“
“You always hear about these hole in the wall places that are locally owned and provide amazing food, but it can be pretty hard to find them. Matt's Famous Chili Dogs is one of those places, and you should absolutely check it out! They're on the corner of an intersection, so it's pretty easy to access (despite Google Map's penchant for making illegal turns), and you're greeted with a burger shack that screams homely and locally owned. When you go in, there's a surprisingly modern setup with incredibly friendly service staff waiting to take your order. I got the double bacon with cheese, some fries and fry sauce, and a coke. Overall it was less than $15, and I was served within minutes. The food was delicious. Meaty and fresh, with a taste that felt clean, savory and not oily like many modern fast food joints. It all tasted exactly how a burger should, seasoned and cheesy with a hefty and a bite from the fresh onions.Absolutely worth a stop by if you're in the area. Check them out, you'll be a regular in no time!“
“There's serious love and art in each item we've ordered. Generous servings of quality food...you can taste the skill and pride in each bite. Every element can stand on its own, the preparation of the bread, sauce, each meat, the crunch element...yum. You can taste the subtle smoke in the meat. It's definitely not BBQ, but a tasty smoked meat shop with delicious prepared options. I pick up a whole guanciale everytime I visit. It has that subtle smoke and rosemary flavor...yum. Great for carbonara. it's a small place. People are personable. Don't go if you're in a hurry or need something quick. Go when you have time to appreciate the effort, skill and love put into the prepared food options. Or go and check out some of the meat options you can purchase and prepare at home.“
“Our first time in Seattle and in Pike Place, we chose this place as recommended by our friends. And god it was awesome. The waterfront seating on a warm sunny day just added on to all the positives. Nice food accompanied by even better brews were worthy of all the praises. A must visit place if you are in or around Pike Place. We ordered the following:Brewer’s Flight - $21Fish & Chips - $21Pepperoni Wood Fired Pizza - $18Hot Wings (half) - $12Clam & Bacon Chowder Bowl - $13Santa Muerte Cocktail (*2) - $15 eaNote:The fish and chips consisted of 3 pieces of fish and upon our request they added a 4th piece to the plate at an additional charge of $7.The Brewer’s flight contained the following:Old Stove PilsnerBelgian BlondeTwo Prong IPAAmber WavesBlitzfire BrownSeasonal Sour“
“Hidden gem in a very unassuming building. Very small with few tables. Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. We ordered the CBR burger, and the cheeseburger combo that came with garlic chili fries and 2 drinks. Side of regular fries and an Oreo shake. Food came out fairly quickly. We were the only customers in there. One other table was just leaving. Food was really good! The CBR was so nice and juicy and a thick piece of chicken too. The cheeseburgers I was not expecting that size. It was also really good and juicy but with all the juice and sauce the burger fell apart pretty quickly. Regular fries were nice and crunchy crispy fresh. The chili fries were even better. Even with all the sauce and toppings the fries didn't get soggy. And the shake! Soooo good. Overall very delicious spot. Definitely recommend and would come again!! My husband already said he wants to go back.“
“We loooove Jude’s! What a hidden gem. Awesome food & drink menus, great vegan options, friendly service, cool little patio, and just a lovely neighborhood feel to it. Only downside is you have a wait a little while for your food when they get busy.“
“I worked with Dereck to host a semi-private party of about 25 people here. He reserved an area for us to mingle, eat, and drink. The service was excellent - staff handled our large group and the tabs flawlessly. Drinks and food were fast and served to the right people. They helped bring out our cake and served it according to my specific instructions. Dereck had excellent communication and even gave us some nice extra touches like birthday balloons, which was very sweet. Drinks and wings were delicious. Try the sour flower cocktail!I would definitely have another event here because they made it so easy for me and did such a great job!“
“BEST friend chicken burger in town! Super juicy giant chicken breast on a toasted sesame bun, garnished with spicy mayo sauce, cheese, onion, lettuce, & pickles. Also they are the only place I have found have Minute Made light lemonade on tap at their soda station and their chocolate milkshakes rock. Nice outside patio for summer & super friendly staff.“
“Fast and affordable. Charbuger and their shared location aladdin’s gyrocery are ave staples and the best Palestinian spots in the neighborhood. There’s few things better than a jumbo fry after a night of funVegetarian options: Falafel burger and fries“
“Cool spot for an easy and satisfying midday meal. Surprised to see every barstool filled on a Tuesday afternoon, but it must be a popular local watering hole. Ordered at the bar -- Tavern Burger ($7) and a Tavern Salad ($10) -- and then chose a table. Bartender wasn't the warmest but that's ok, the food was good and the atmosphere hit just right. Parking lot out back and street parking available too.Just a note, they have a nice outdoor patio, but they do *not* allow dogs on leashes.“
“It is hard to get past the noise level in this place. It was so loud we really couldn't hear each other most of the meal. I went to Oak with a friend who I really wanted to connect with and the noise level made that difficult. That said, the food was excellent and the service very good.“
“If you're craving a juicy burger that hits the spot, Lil Woody Burger delivers. The burger is packed with flavor and juices, making each bite a delight. The fries, while on the softer side, still manage to satisfy with their delicious taste. As for the ambiance, the place is average, nothing too remarkable, but it serves its purpose. Overall, despite the so-so atmosphere, I thoroughly enjoy my experience here, thanks to the delectable burgers and tasty fries.“
“I absolutely adore this place. Top tier vegan junk food that sticks to your ribs. It's clean and nice inside, the staff is very friendly, and it's nice being in a 100% vegan restaurant. The shakes are also amazing! Only criticism I can think of is that sometimes it feels like they are understaffed, it's not that the employees are slow, but there's only so much a couple people can do for the volume of customers sometimes. Still, I think you'd be remiss to not stop and eat some delicious food!Dietary restrictions: This is a 100% vegan restaurant, feels good!Kid-friendliness: It's a nice environment, well lit, and clean, good for the Rugrats.“
“I visited bar vacilando for the first time, and I loved courtyard area. food and service was ok too. Definitely i will go again to try something different for the next time. Good place for meeting with friends, and eating humbugger? in overall 4/5“
“Best burgers I've found in Seattle. And the shakes are well made, great consistency, and full of flavor. And unique flavors at that. The burger options of meat, toppings, and sauces make for a variety of options. It can be a costly meal, but lately, where isn't?“
“Found this place while on a walk. Delicious and affordable burgers with the best fries (those twice fried ones). If the owner is working, he gives super generous portions and is really kind. They have a table and lawn games set out, but I usually take my food to go.“
“Hadn’t been here in years and was BLOWN away by how good the food was. Nothing special as far as service and it was so loud we couldn’t talk… but the food… OMG! So amazing. Can’t wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: I’m GF and that Miso Salad was divine!“
“Wonderful and attentive service. Very quaint and fun atmosphere, great for an evening get together with friends or a date. A little on the pricier side for the average dinner, which makes it better suited for a special event or night.Food is absolutely delicious, with generous servings of free bread and drink refills.Scallop Ravioli was INCREDIBLE. Very good portion, presentation, and taste! The breaded & fried salmon bites are also crazy good.“
“Supreme leader really knows how to make Asian-Fusion cuisine. This place has Amazing food for a very reasonable price.Great option for vegan seafood and vegan dessertsVegetarian options: Plant based and vegetarian friendly.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids (vegan burgers, vegan sandwiches, vegan pizza)Parking: Small lot behind building.Wheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Vegan, Plant based, vegetarian, healthy, health“
“Lovely first timers, please just order 2 cheeseburgers or a Deluxe, get a fry, and if you are really feeling yourself get a milkshake. Don't forget to order ketchup before, cuz they charge. They do not allow substitution or mods so please do not ask. Keep the line moving and let me order my single cheeseburger and keep walking.“
“Memories of my youth and all the great old punk bars of yesterday, accept newer, cleaner, and much better food and service! I'm not even vegan and I had the French dip and it was INCREDIBLE. Alan the owner is a total sweetheart and they make all the sandwiches meat IN HOUSE. YOU CANT BUY THIS GOOD STUFF ANYWHERE ELSE! do yourself a favor and go here!!“
“How much do I love Sunlight Cafe let me count the ways! Amazing food. Beautiful and friendly staff. Hip atmosphere. Great location in Roosevelt neighborhood. Perfect for dates, friend gatherings, brunch, and conversations. It can be a little expensive but you get what you pay for - quality!“
“This is one of my favorite burger places in Seattle. They have great burger options, deep fried veggies and plenty of tables. This is one of the places I can take my kids and they are happy, too. If you, like me, enjoy Chile peppers on your burger, you should try the one at giddy up, can't go wrong with that.“
“Sometimes, you just want a really good burger, some onion rings and a shake. Nothing hits the spot like Red Mill in all the categories.Parking: If you get the timing just right, there is some straightforward parking in their lot. If you go at a busy time, you'll be circling the block trying to find parking.“
“Sam's has been a personal haunt on & off since they opened. Great service and solid food. The booze pours have always been fair, (and check out the Bloody Mary, among the normal picked accoutrements, it includes a well dressed slider). Historically, the tap selection has been wanting, according to my beer afficionato friends, but that seems to be less of an issue as of late. Whether you go for lunch, happy hour or for a night out, you can look forward to a great experience.“
“I recently visited this establishment and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit. I had the pleasure of ordering Lisa's Hot Mess, which I must say, is hands down my favorite burger in town. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a delight. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal and top-notch service.“
“Katsu Burger in Ballard was the perfect thing to find on a beautiful Saturday afternoon! The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine smiles and warmth from the owners. They’re not just serving up burgers; they’re creating a welcoming community hub! We indulged in the Umami Wagyu Burger x 2 and a side of their Nori Fries, complete with the heavenly trio of dipping sauces – curry mayo, nori ranch, and wasabi mayo. Each bite was a taste sensation- flavor bomb MOMENT, prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. The owners’ kindness TRULY just shines through in every aspect of their establishment, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. If you’re searching for more than just a meal – a genuine experience filled with delicious food and heartfelt hospitality – then Katsu Burger is the place for you. Give them a visit and let them wrap you in their warm embrace with a side of curry mayo.“
“We ordered sliders, fries, and salads for a first birthday party and everything was delicious! I placed the order in the morning for an afternoon collection and it was freshly cooked and packaged perfectly. They sent everything we needed to customise the sliders and all the guests loved it!“
“Stopped in for a late meal, we ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon, split a large fries, two regular drinks and an order of funnel cake bites. First the place is decent and clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and polite.Food was good, burgers were cooked perfectly and well built, the fries were lightly battered and cooked to crispy perfection, everything was tasty. The patty was plain and not flavorful, if they had a decent patty this would a go to recommendation for a burger, took off a star for quality.Bathroom was a little scary and the pop machine was was out of my favorite brand, minus one star for bathroom.I will definitely return, and will update this review if I see improvements. Staff was super personable and helpful and not in a creepy way. Thanks!“
“Always nice tap selection and good food. Indoor and outdoor seating. On 3/24, we had a Swiss Mushroom burger, house fries, grilled Brussel sprouts and the crab cakes. The crab cakes were not as good as they usually are. A bit overcooked today. Burger and sprouts were good. The Red Ale was nice.“
“Dietary restrictions: There are no accommodations for any specific dietary needs or restrictions. No special orders are taken, and you receive your food as it reads on the board. Also, there is no alternative menu, just something to keep in mind if so require such.Parking: Plenty parking but can fill up fast during busy rush times, but overall its roomy. Some spots along side to the sidewalk/ road are parallel so it may seem awkward if not familiar with the layout already. They also eat up space that could potentially house many more parking spots, however is keeps it from feeling cramped and overwhelming when busy.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy because it's unique and different to walk up the the open counter window to order and eat at your car. Fun atmosphere. Also fun to watch the assembly line for burger making when really busy!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully Flat lot to the counter. There's accessible parking at the front, as well as being next to the easily accessible bathrooms“
“This small out-of-the-way Georgetown bar has literally the best barbecue in Seattle. We've actually got a pretty up-and-coming barbecue scene, and Raney's is leading the way. Their brisket sandwich is bar-none the best I've had, and their Thursday/Friday ribs special is excellent as well.If you find yourself here, or happen to live along the 24/33/124 bus route, definitely give them a try.“
“Went here once on a Saturday evening. Waited 45 minutes in a cramped and overfilled waiting area. The staff there should consider themselves lucky I didn't have a complete mental breakdown and start violently screaming. The burger was very good, but not worth 45 minutes. Also, they were out of lemon shake.“
“Listen.. you’re not going to get a better cheesesteak in Western WA than you would here. My wife and I have been living here for almost a decade and we are so happy we found this place! The cheesesteak is cooked to perfection. Seasoned meat and crispy fries. The atmosphere is great. Staff is super friendly. My wife and I just moved to Auburn & we make the 40 min driver religiously every Saturday to get our favorite foods here!! You won’t be disappointed!“
“Great food, great service one of thebbest burgers in Seattle by far. I hope they survive. I appreciate all the years of great american food and service. Always make you feel welcome amd appreciated hard to find that type of csre amd service these days !“
“Sully’s in Queen Anne is a gem, a perfect spot to grab a beer and some eats with a couple friends. They offer a small selection of draft beers plus all of the classic canned beers that you’d expect from a Seattle bar. They serve well-poured shots and dive bar cocktails and mixed drinks. The staff is polite and will interact with you in you’re sitting at the bar. I’d recommend getting in early on a Friday night and staying for an early dinner and drinks. They have a couple of tvs playing sports. The place is small but there is plenty of bar and table top seating. In the spring and summer the front of the bar opens up into the street.Vegetarian options: They do have non-meat dishes.Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate if you mention it.Parking: You’ll have to find parking on the Main Street out front. It’s valid for two hours.Wheelchair accessibility: The bar is on the first floor or street level and can be accessed by wheelchair but it is tight inside.“
“I just wanted to add that we have been going to this BurgerMaster near UW since about 1972 (50 yrs!), when we were dating. Several favorite items, and loved the salad bar.Very sad to see that when we come up to Seattle in the future, our dependable old favorite may be gone. Many memories with friends/family, and always a great eating experience. May not be trendy, but maintaining 4-5 stars this long is quite an achievement, and the parking lot is never empty! That says a lot!!“
“As a wing person the size and crispness of the wings are perfect. I really love the food and the service. Its great the owner comes to the table.I think my only issue is the taste of cumin in the buffalo wings. It gives the wings a taco or latin taste to it. I think the base sauce has a lot of flavor but if the homemade wing sauce didn’t have cumin it will take the flavor as the best buffalo wings in Seattle. Just like the new lemon pepper, they changed it and its amazing. Hopefully that small touch can change for the buffalo wing sauce.“
“A great neighborhood place. Go early for a good seat and more reasonable volume. Cocktail was really good and strong! Veggie burger was delicious though it didn't come with any side. I mean, come on. Throw some spring greens on a plate for me at least.“
“Cute little place with a varied menu of burgers and sandwiches with vegetarian & vegan options.Mushroom and Swiss veggie burger was very good. Sides are fairly large portions but adds ~$5 to your order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu“
“If you want an amazing Sandwich in Seattle, it's hard to beat Mean Sandwich. High quality ingredients, delicious and inventive flavors, and a focus on making the food damn good. The vibes are great and the staff are friendly, creating an incredible hole in the wall. It's one of my favorite places to grab a beer, hangout, and eat some delicious food. Can't recommend enough!“
