We arrived after the theatre crowd so were seated immediately. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. This review is mostly for the service. We had dinner for the first time at The Carlile Room before a show at The Paramount. Food was good, atmosphere was fun and funky, but the service was the best we’ve had in a very long time. Harriet was our server and she was attentive, paid attention to detail, anticipated our needs, and was overall fantastic! Thanks for kicking off our date night on such a great note, Harriet! We will be back!

This is an OK preshow bar to hang out at before shows at the Paramount, but we were disappointed that there were less shareable things to eat. We weren’t looking for a full on dinner, but we wanted more than a few bites of an awkwardly shared entree . Where are the charcuterie boards and small plates!?
