Thank you Carlisle Room!! I had made a reservation for one months ago for the Candlebox concert at The Paramount. Was a solo date for me. My hotel room was in Bellevue and I was running late. Told the gentleman I spoke to that I understand if they needed to give my table to someone else. He said “We’ll hold your table until you get here”. A reservation for one and they held my table. Impressive and appreciated. I WILL be back.
I can't speak to the food specifically as we showed up 40 minutes before close for a nightcap specifically but the bar team was very competent and made some excellent libations.
