We came here for a friend's birthday before going out for the night. We ordered drinks and a bunch of appetizers to share. But I was pretty hungry, so I ordered a steak for myself, which was pretty good. Everything was really good. We all enjoyed it, and nothing was left on the table.

Dave, our server, was fantastic! Very personable and really engaging ? My only critique is the volume of the music playing. It was a bit too loud and made having conversations challenging with others at our table.

Great location, especially if you're going to an event at the Paramount. Innovative menu and everything we had was delicious and cooked precisely as ordered. Wonderful, energetic vibe and attentive front end staff.

Dined here before a show at the Paramount. We were seated right away, and all the staff were very friendly and pleasant, but service was a bit slow to start - we waited for about 10min before we were greeted by our waiter, followed by another 15 min wait for our drink order. Both our entrees were great portion sizes - I got the Caesar salad with the salmon on the side, and my friend got the salmon entree. For dessert, we split the coconut cream pie, which was the show stealer of the night! I usually never order dessert at the end of a meal out, but glad my friend suggested it because it was delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the proximity of the restaurant to the theatre makes it a great place to eat before enjoying a show.

Fun environment- Really Loud!- We made reservations in December to come in in April for Jim Gaffigan at Paramount (duh)- Not unusual I'm sure - but the anticipation was ever so slightly damped by our server- :) He was really good but we felt an immediate 'irritated at us' vibe.. (We asked about the happy hour corn dogs that we saw on Google!) LOL We had a great time- but the food and bevs were just OK for the prices- Having said all of this- I'll bet we will come back for another dinner before a show IF we can get in!!! Enjoy!

Very good cocktails, service, food and fun factor! We had a great time! My only issues was the "cordial" sizing of cocktails (small) and premium price are not on the same page. A traditional sized cocktail glass for the premium price paid, would be desirable.

It's a great location for a preshow dinner and drink but holy portion sizes batman. The squid ink risotto I ordered was at most an appetizer sized portion but was supposed to be an entree. The other people at my table got food that was normally portioned and were literally trying to offer me parts of their plates because they felt so bad my portion was so small, and it was nearly a $30 plate. Never getting anything but a burger from here again unless I'm just looking for a snack- I was hungry an hour after I ate because 1/4th cup of risotto is shockingly not enough to fill you up.

Love this place. It's our go-to before shows. The menu items themed to the shows at the Paramount across the street are a lot of fun.

Excellent Customer Service. I little confusion with our orders, so they brought us an extra appetizer while we waited. Amazing! Always book here for dinner before the theatre. We'll be back!

This is our "go to" before the theater and it never disappoints. Service is always stellar and the food, while the menu is somewhat limited, is always great. Our waiter had an "oops" order of an appetizer and asked us if we were adventurous and wanted to try it on the house.... we would have never ordered it looking at it on the menu and it was amazing (beef cheek)!! If you haven't tried the Carlisle Room - do it.

The chicken schnitzel dinner with a small side of dill potato salad was delicious. We also enjoyed the Carlisle burger with fries. Very good warm chocolate chip cookie also.

We went here before a show at the Paramount. I loved that they had a themed menu of drinks related to the show- super nice touch. I felt like the food menu was a bit limited. The prices were a tad high but everything tasted good. Would be willing to go back again, especially before a show, as it's convenient and has a fun pre-show atmosphere.
