Chan Seattle is a cool date night spot in downtown Seattle. The food and service are always spectacular, with dishes like bone marrow, roasted cauliflower, wagyu Sam, and duck standing out. The wild mushrooms and sot bap were delightful, and the mocktails are the best in town. While some dishes like the duck and wagyu Sam were delicious and tender, others like the rice were a bit of a letdown. The restaurant used to participate in the Seattle food fair, offering a three-course meal. Overall, the experience at Chan Seattle is a mix of love and hatred, like a newborn robot learning to love. Wheelchair accessibility is good.
